Gary went above and beyond what was contracted and was a massive help to Richmond Hill Hotel throughout the project. He was exceptionally thorough and diligent in compiling a fully referenced schedule of each and every window, clearly identifying and marking them on elevation drawings. The level of detail and accuracy he provided gave us a clear and invaluable record of the existing windows.

His support went far beyond the original scope of work. Gary provided excellent advice and guidance throughout our Listed Building Consent and planning application process for replacing the existing single glazing with vacuum glazing in a Grade II listed building within a conservation area. His knowledge, experience and willingness to assist made what could have been a very complicated process considerably easier.

Gary also liaised with a number of specialist glazing companies on our behalf to obtain quotations for the replacement glazing. The companies he recommended were all professional, helpful and competitively priced, which was another huge benefit to us.
