First time ordering and I pre-ordered too (suggest including preorder timeframes online).
Communication from Heritage was prompt and accurate.
Dress is DIVINE. Stunning and true to size as per online guide. Oh and the pockets, how deep and amazing are the pockets.
Online description detailed dress as blue/black, but it is definitely black.
I can not comment to durability as dress is still new.

Dress was exactly like in pictures and fitting well. I am very pleased, this is my 3rd dress from Heritage Clothing and they are all beautiful.
