I haven't tryed the products yet still waiting on capsules. But so far I've been impressed. Issues with the tracking of the purchase, is the only issues I've had so far. Emailed the company and they resolved the issue. By giving me a link to the direct site and further they will look into the issue if it is on their end.

What makes this company so Great is their Customer service. Hands down Kristine is amazing. She was prompt on returning my messages and answering any questions I had about their products. I look forward to reordering from them again.

I had issues at first with getting the pay site to take my discount code. I sent an email and Kristine was very quick to reply and to help me with the discount code to work. Very pleasant to work with and she made sure I was taken care of. I can’t wait to start making my own supplements.

One note: If you’re using a Size 000 Capsule-It filler, you’ll need to use Size 000 capsules for the best fit. Very polite and helpful

this is my first time encapsulating something, and the process was easy. I read the instructions while watching the youtube tutorial and got it on my first go around, I was able to do it again with no issues. I've already recommended this brand to other friends trying to do the same thing! I couldn't find many 3rd party reviews for the site so wanted to contribute

My order specs were incorrect and I needed to have it changed before my item shipped. They were quickly on it and changed the order in a timely manner. Well done!

The customer service is fantastic. There was a problem with one of their products that I made them aware of and they were on it quickly. I did not expect anything to be replaced, I just wanted them to be aware and they went beyond that by replacing what I had used and then some! This company stands by what they say by doing everything possible to give you a great product and great service!

I had purchased the capsule-it filler in November 2024, have not been able to use it, yet. In June of 2025 I got my capsule-it filler out but I don't have the ebooks that I was to have gotten after my purchase. I reached out to Herb Affair, showing when and what I had purchased, less than thirty minutes and I had a response from Kristine at Herb Affair. She was very polite and helped me.
I am amazed at how this business pays attention to there help desk (email) and responds so quickly. You just don't find that anymore.
