I placed an order 2 weeks ago for a nikkah which is next week and I panicked as the outfit description said 16-21 working days for the outfit to arrive so I whatsapped the customer service team (which can I say, their response time was amazing! They replied a few hours later) and the kind lady asked me to email the team so they could forward it onto the production team and alhamdulillah they were able to get my outfit ready within 2 weeks and i received it yesterday. It’s beautiful, amazing quality and stitching and I will definitely be ordering again in the future.

I loved my outfit it's gorgeous so happy for the purchase will order 1 more soon inshaAllah

I bought a Kaftan gown for a wedding function, I had limited time. I took my chances and emailed Henna Mehndi to ask if they could deliver earlier. They provided exceptional customer service from day one. Deba liaised with me throughout and on every occasion got back to me in a timely manner, very professional. She went as far as getting it personally shipped for me so it would arrive within days which it did. The packaging was very pretty and presentable see pictures. The gown is exactly what the online description states, good quality, lovely detail and reasonably priced. Deba truly went above and beyond for me and I cannot thank her enough. I will definitely be buying from Henna Mehndi again.

This was my first time ordering from Henna Mehndi. I recently ordered a suit from Deba for my friend’s Mehndi. Before I ordered, I asked many, many questions about the fabric of different suits and any possible customisations. Deba was very patient and friendly and extremely helpful when answering all my questions.

Once I finally made a decision and ordered my suit, it was around 5 weeks before the event. Deba assured me that my outfit would come way before then and it did!!! It came very quickly in 2.5 weeks. I’m very impressed with the service.

The dress itself is so beautiful and well-made. It looks exactly like the photograph and all my requests regarding extra fabrics in the seams and more had been answered! The suit itself fits so nicely, I ordered the medium size but it fits as if it was made for my bodies measurements. I’m throughly impressed with the quality of the garment and the service. The price was very good and reasonable considering all of this. I often order suits straight from designers in pakistan and always have issues with sizing or suits looking different from the photo.

Would definitely recommend Henna Mehndi to anyone looking to buy stylish, well made and high quality Pakistani dresses. I will definitely be purchasing from this company again in the future.

Great customer service and beautiful outfits

Excellent service, from start to finish! I bought an outfit, had to return the scarf only, customer service was very helpful in guiding me the best way to return. The outfit I bought was a long dress- it is stunning and very well made! I will definitely be shopping with Henna Mehndi again, and highly recommend them to others with confidence.

Wanted to start by thanking Deba for all her help during my order process for both my outfits. Exceptional customer service from her, I am a large person so gave her my measurements and honestly everything fit perfectly, she communicated with me regarding designs and delivery. I placed an order online and there must have been a glitch which stated delivery in 2-5 days. I ordered seeing this only to find the email confirmation said 18-21 days. I emailed them and they said to show a screenshot which of course i don't have as no one takes one during checkout. I then spoke to Deba who I have heard praise in other reviews. After some back and forth she tried to get it delivered to the shop in green st but was unable to before the deadline I needed it for. She then gave it with express shipping and I had to pay extra £35 or so. Fine. When the clothes came, although they were exactly as shown in the images. One of the fits was very poorly made. It was loose around some areas, dipping inwards at the hips and splits and had too much thick lining all over the top and trousers which was not needed in my opinion. The other suit was fine but there was no room to make the outfit larger. I am a size 12 and got XL for a loose fit but its was fairly fitted. I understand indian suit sizing is always way off. I had to get alternative trousers for one. My dad had to take apart the whole velvet suit and redo it so the hip dip was gone and it was such a hard job but luckily he was a tailor before. But it took a few days. I will say the customer service was great. Thanks to Deba i got my suit on time. But I pretty much almost paid £200 for these two suits which I do not think was worth it after all the fixing that had to be done due to poor craftsmanship. They have a no refund policy and tbh the exchange policy is not the greatest. The suits will be worn but just be wary of the size etc.

I ordered a suit which was custom made from HM. It arrived earlier than expected however the trousers were too short, let me stress this NO fault of HM as I had given the incorrect measurements. I emailed to ask for another trousers and an email received to say they can but due to closures over Eid they will try their very best. I can say I will be receiving the new trousers tomorrow as they have been dispatched. Their customer service has been excellent. Emails replied to straight away and very polite and courteous. I have dealt with a number of companies while searching for a suit and they have appalling customer service not even replying. HM well done for your great service. The suit by the way is amazing. Better than the picture and greatly stitched. I will definitely be using them for my future orders. Thank you 😊

I would suggest customers to order 5-6 weeks before the main event to avoid any delays in delivery. I received mine on the day of the event, which worked out well!
Service is amazing otherwise , speedy replies via email and bery accurate measurements with custom orders. Will definitely order again :)

Amazing customer service! Thank you very much for the beautiful outfit for my daughter. As she has special needs, the outfit was custom-made, and I had to give measurements online. As I am not a tailor, I was very unsure of the measurements I gave. However, the outfit arrived and fits like a glove! There is also enough fabric if I needed alterations. At the moment, it's just perfect! Thank you so much for your excellent customer service, I will definitely shop again.

I could not recommend henna mehndi enough. The service was amazing, Deba was so attentive and went above and beyond in making sure I received a beautiful outfit. I would highly recommend clothes from this store - Absolutely excellent service - delivery came on time and the clothes were beautiful. I ordered last minute for a wedding outfits for my daughters and the outfits were lovely, stitched very well.

An absolutely poor service, placed order and heard back nothing for weeks tried to contact several times and still no response, it’s good thing I paid by PayPal so I’ve had to get them to get my money back, will never order them these again, customer service out of the window.

Henna Mehndi were extremely helpful and efficient when my elderly mum's suit was unsuitable for her. They offered her a refund under unusual circumstances as they could see her difficulty. I would recommend them highly for being so accommodating and supporting us throughout the process from start to finish.

I’m very impressed with your customer service and follow through. Ordering online is always tricky because of fitting, fabric, quality, color but both my daughter and I are happy with the products and your customer support, we will for sure order again. The styles and colors shown online were very much similar to what we received.
