So far so good! Such a good way to organise a hen do. I am really busy and was dreading trying to organise timings, payments etc so it has been a god send having them do it for me. The day isn't for a few months so I can't review the whole experience but so far it has been a breeze. The portal is fab too.

Lydia has been very helpful and answered any questions I have had.

So far I can’t complain with the service I have received with planning a hen party for my sister in law, Jamie has been very helpful along the way with keeping me right in what I need to do. Hopeful this will continue until our trip in may. Thanks again Jamie for all ur help

I am so happy we went with Hen Heaven.
It was so easy and Charlotte was amazing. I had so many questions and she put my mind at ease. She catered for all our needs and even made changes to our original quote.
Would highly recommend, the whole booking process from start to finish was great!

Sean has been super helpful and made organising my sister’s hen quick and easy. I’ve found the team at hen heaven both efficient and knowledgeable. The prices are competitive and the packages on offer flexible to accommodate your wishes, I’d recommend them to anybody booking a large group activity.

Have received excellent and efficient service from Lydia so far. She has gone out of her way to help me and answer the many emails and calls I bombard her with to ensure that my sister has the best Hen :-)

after stupidly booking with another company first and being hugely let down i contacted Jessica and Hen Heaven to re book for my sisters Hen Do. She never gave me the i told you so speech which she had full right to do but instead really calmed me down at a time i was extremely stressed from being let down with an alternative company. I loved how open the company was with all the activity options, exactly what the included and involved and making sure each activity suited my group as well as making sure there was enough time for everything. Jessica made the who experience easy and really communicated well with myself. I found a brilliant deal and perfect accommodation in a location i wanted. Would recommend Hen Heaven again but more importantly i would recommend Jessica for a really fantastic and calm booking as this whole planning experience can be quite stressful.

Recently contacted hen heaven where a live lady called Jessica assisted me in my search to book the perfect Hen do for my sister. Jessica was fabulous with communication, really helpful and lovely to talk to. She dealt with every thing I asked for really well and came back with several wonderful quotes. Every phone call I asked for she stuck to and kept in good contact when I was unreachable with emails and messages. Would definitely recommend hen heaven especially Jessica for their service and communication!

I was given the test of arranging a hen party 30 days before it needed to take place!! Having used Hen Heaven before I know that I would be in safe hands and I was, Paul was perfect and helped with all my questions and helped find solutions to fit in our group.

I just hope that the suppliers can live up to the high bar set by the events team!!
