Hen Heaven Recenzje 

PLEASE do not use hen heaven! We booked to go away on the 25th April. As the situation is so unpredictable we came to the decision that we would have to cancel the package entirely instead of re-booking as we were unsure whether we’d be able to get there before the new wedding date. We were then issued a ‘credit note’ with possibly the shortest expiry date I have ever seen. They now barely reply to messages on their ‘party hub’ however are quick to reply to complaints made against them. I’m sure I’ll get a reply to this but not to my main messages. Honestly unbelievable and I currently feel absolutely helpless

I have had to postpone my hen do due to COVID and Jordan was able to rebook everything I had originally chosen to new dates next year which I picked out. All of the money already paid was also transferred and everyone in my party was notified. It was very easy and all done via the online messaging system.

I have made two hen parties for my sister which was one in London and one in Dublin, i've been speaking to organiser Jamie who was absolutely wonderful throughout!
There was a few hick-ups due to make over company closing and things needing to be changed (which was no fault of hen heaven) but Jamie kept me informed, and was honest and thorough throughout so thank you!
Unfortunately due the pandemic both hen parties have had to be moved to next year. Organiser Jordan helped re arrange dates with the Dublin and Alex/Becky with the London which I am glad to say is all booked up without hassle.
These are very hard times and considering the current circumstances, I think they're doing a great job and just wanted to say thank you to all that has helped! You have made my experience a lot easier than I expected and I look very much forward to next year!

Excellent company, they have been nothing but helpful as my hen has had to change her wedding date we have had to change the hen date and they have been brilliant in doing this. It did take a couple weeks to completely confirm this which is completely understandable in these current circumstances. But I was patient as I had every bit of faith in the company. Highly recommend using the company and as I am getting married in 2022 I will definitely be recommending hen heaven to my hen planner.

We had to postpone due to Covid-19. Hen Heaven have been fantastic about this and offered us a free date change. We have now booked the new date and Jordan Herbert has been exceptionally helpful making this happen for us. Would highly recommend this company ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really good service so far! Due to the covid-19 pandemic I was supposed to be going on my hen weekend at the end of May however Hen Heaven emailed and offered to change the dates at no additional costs. We have had to postpone our wedding until next May and felt that it was best to have the hen weekend just before the new wedding date. Jordan Herbert at Hen Heaven happily changed this for me to a date that suited to whole party, hey we’re very quick at replying to any messages and rebooked the weekend within 24 hours of me giving them a new date to work to.
This has taken a massive weight off my shoulders at an already stressful time.

Awful company, have refused to contact us back. Payment date is tomorrow. They have broken their contract with us also, they are aware of this and still refusing to give us a refund. They are now associated with the company called fizzbox. Who are also refusing to help with anything. Two awful companies.

Hen Heaven organised an amazing hen weekend for me down in Brighton. Jaden was fantastic to deal with, she always replied quickly, she did such a good job of over seeing everything and the whole weekend ran like a dream. The Seascape house was fabulous for our party and we had no problems with all of our booked activities. Would definitely recommend and use again!!

Linda was really helpful and her communication was great. It was so simple to tailor our package to suit our needs. The activities on offer were great and were great value too. We went for Indoor West Country Games and Birdcage Afternoon tea, which we all thoroughly enjoyed.
The website is really easy to use and also great that everyone can make their own payments online. I also liked that as group leader I could make payments on behalf of others. Would definitely use Hen Heaven again :)

Hen heaven were fantastic during the whole process of booking my sisters hen party. Jamie my event planner was fantastic! He was so helpful, and answers my many questions. The hen weekend was a complete success, every part was amazing. The hotel, the activities, the timings, everything was just superb! Would definitely use again and would highly recommend. I would highly recommend hen heaven to anybody organising a hen! Sean- the events planner I had was fantastic, he was very easy to talk to, answered all my questions quickly and in depth, he was very accommodating to my groups needs- extending payment deadlines due to Christmas and even more so when I had a few hens drop out last minute due to family circumstances! Sean was very reassuring throughout the whole process, from start to finish! The hen was in Cambridge, we did the pub crawl treasure hunt which was fantastic and completely exceeded our expectations followed by afternoon tea and Prosecco. If you are uneasy about organising a large hen group I’d definitely recommend using hen heaven to take the pressure off!

I was looking for a fun hen night weekend and decided to go with Hen Heaven. My decision was based purely on the customer reviews and i must say that they are amazing. I have dealt with Jaden and it was like a walk in the park. He was super helpful and very accommodating. Cant recommend enough this company.
