I ordered rolex GMT 2 strap and strap removal tool from Helvetus they sent me same items as I ordered before on Aliexpress (even same packaging) . I returned it back and asked for refund they said that they made a refund but I haven’t got one ( 3 months passed) . I wrote them a lot of times but they were saying that from their side refund is done. When I opened a chargeback dispute through my bank they wrote me a message that they had some internal mistake that’s why refund wasn’t released by their system (bullshit) and asked me to close a dispute and they will immediately refund me, I closed it (did a mistake) and they said that in their system it shows that dispute is still opened that’s why they cannot refund me while dispute is active.
They are cheater don’t buy anything from this shop, you will get low quality items for x5 price.

Ordered a replacement Cartier watch strap. Their web site offers four buckle options - gold, rose gold, silver and no buckle at all. I ordered gold - quite clearly seen on their order acknowledgement. The strap arrived eight days after ordering. The colour is not quite what I expected, but worse the buckle is silver (stainless steel). They asked for photographs, then a video and then I get an e'mail saying the buckle may differ from the original (Cartier) one. I pointed out that they offer three different metal finishes - I have not had a reply. Avoid this company like the plague - I suspect they're not in Switzerland but somewhere in China.

I am extremely disappointed with how my recent issue regarding my order and how it has been handled. My order was dispatched on 31 December and still has not arrived. I was told a tracking number would be provided, but it never was.

After waiting several months with no resolution, I requested a refund. This was refused while the company continues to contact the courier. It has now been over two months and I have received no meaningful follow-ups to my emails. The lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable.

I have been dealing with Mia, who has repeatedly restated the same information without offering a practical solution or escalation. The continued delays and poor customer service have caused significant frustration.

I have repeatedly requested that this matter be escalated to management, but this has not been done, forcing me to submit a formal complaint. The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable.

Wir hatten ein Kautschuk- Armband für eine GMT II bestellt. Das gelieferte Produkt passte überhaupt nicht und da die "14-tägige Rückgabefrist" verstrichen war sah man sich bei Helvetus nicht in der Lage das Produkt umzutauschen da "... der gelieferte Artikel dem bestellten Produkt für die Rolex GMT-Master II entspricht." Vermutlich habe ich ein Rolex Sondermodel und daher passt das Helvetus Produkt nicht. Leider habe ich die Bewertungen zu spät gelesen.

I ordered a relatively expensive strap - and received a low quality crap from China.
They gave a a return address PO Box in Switzerland to where I shipped in my own cost. A week later they confirmed that they have received my return and refunded my payment to the card I used. That was 8th Jan 2026 and so far (2nd March) no money has arrived to my bank. Since then I have asked few times, but they keep saying that all is paid and there is nothing they can do.

If I could do 0 stars I would. Received a Cartier watch strap, was not the correct size or colour from the website. It was returned on January 7th and I am still waiting for a refund, they claim it has been refunded but they are just giving me the run around. Scammers just after your money, don’t waste your time or your money!!!

Returned a rubber strap for a Cartier as it was not good quality. Despite numerous requests I have not been refunded even though they confirm its return. They even sent me a request to review them !. Muppets or just scammers.

I returned the watch strap and was told a refund had been issued on December 24. After several weeks the funds never appeared on my card. I had to email the company multiple times asking about the status of the refund, and each time I was assured everything was correct on their end and that the funds had already been sent.

Neither my bank nor I could locate the refund.

I ultimately initiated a chargeback through my credit card company. Only after the chargeback process began did the company confirm the refund had only been entered internally and was never approved or released to the card network, meaning no payment was ever sent back to my bank.

The card issuer investigated and the dispute was resolved in my favor.

I ordered 2 straps at two separate times. The first strap was the wrong size, and returning it would have been about 65.00 so far m stuck with it. The second time the buckle was the wrong color entirely and they claimed another one was hidden in the package and that I should look. Ridiculous, disorganized and terrible customer service.

Chinese drop shipment SCAMMERS.
They ship from China, so it takes about 20 days to reach Europe, if it ever reaches. My package was sent via a closed courier company so I never got it. When I reached out for a refund or a replacement, I was told that they would have to get an official confirmation from the now bankrupted courier service in order to proceed with refunding my money.

Ik heb in October een retour aangemeld, netjes verzonden met volledige tracking gegevens en dit ook per mail gedeeld, en in januari (4 maand later!) had ik nog steeds geen refund ontvangen.

Toen heb ik ze daarop aangesproken per mail in januari en zeiden ze uberhaupt geen sorry mar zeiden dat ze de refund gingen uitbetalen maar vier week later is de refund nog steeds niet ontvangen op mijn rekening. Kortom, ik heb de order betaald, retour gestuurd op mijn eigen kosten en na 6 maanden nog steeds geen refund ontvangen. Ik heb bij American Express hierdoor een officiele klacht ingediend en ook bij de politie in Zwitserland.

BESTEL HIER NIET, dit zijn echt de grootste oplichters op het internet. Ik heb volledige documentatie beschikbaar.

They were very arrogant saying I wouldn’t get a refund. But after showing my credit card company all the bad reviews. They gave me a refund. So I was ok on the end. But please. Do not buy from
These guys. If you ignore this and buy from them then more fool you. Fake Ali express straps that don’t even fit your watch. Laughing stock.

The product was excellent. The tracking not so much.
