Betrüger! Ware retourniert wegen schlechter Qualität, meine Zahlung habe ich jedoch nie erstattet bekommen.

If there was a zero marking that's what I would give, this company ! obviously they are only out to con people.
Bought a leather strap for my Panerai early January 2026, put it on the watch, wore it 4 times and the strap broke. complained to the company and was told it was misuse and wouldn't be covered under the lifetime guarantee ! Con merchants !!!!!!!!!!!!

Leider habe ich erst nach der Bestellung die Bewertungen hier gelesen; mein Fehler.
Zuerst hat die Lieferung eines Armbandes 3 Wochen gedauert, obwohl die Kreditkarte am Folgetag nach der Bestellung schon belastet wurde. Dann hat das Armband entgegen der Beschreibung nicht gepasst und war ein wirklich billiges Massenprodukt. Rücknahme wurde zuerst verweigert (Sonderanfertigung, ha ha ha), dann aber nach der Ankündigung eines charge-back aus Kulanzgründen versprochen. Auch nach 3 weiteren Wochen noch keine Geldeingang auf dem Kreditkartenkonto. Jetzt das charge-back in die Wege geleitet. Bin gespannt, wie es weiter geht. Man muss solchen unlauteren Machenschaften mutig entgegentreten.

So, jetzt nach 4 Monaten ist die Kreditkartenzahlung wieder zurück auf dem Konto. Der Aufwand steht eigentlich in keinem Verhältnis zum Nutzen. Trotzdem, man darf solchen Unternehmen an der Grenze zum Betrug nicht freie Hand lassen.

billigste Massenware !!! Die versednete Ware hat nichts mit den Bildern und den Beschreibungen zu tun.

I had a very disappointing experience with Helvetus.

I purchased two watch bracelets at a premium price, expecting quality consistent with their branding and positioning. Unfortunately, both items were defective. The black rubber strap clasp would not remain securely closed under normal wear, and the brown leather strap opened on its own during the first use, creating a real risk of my watch falling and being damaged.

Both bracelets were professionally installed by a jeweler, eliminating any possibility of improper handling.

In addition, the delivery time was significantly longer than expected, and there was no clear communication regarding shipping timelines. When I contacted customer support, the response focused on attributing the defects to “use-related circumstances” rather than addressing the product quality issues in a constructive way.

For a company positioning itself in the premium segment, the quality control, customer service, and overall experience fell well below reasonable expectations.

Based on my experience, I would advise potential buyers to proceed with caution.

Ordered a 20mm roadster strap for my Cartier didn’t even fit. The quality was so bad and so uncomfortable to wear . There is no way you can pay $149 and get the worst quality . The sales rep Mia ignored all my concerns and never fixed the issue by sending a better product

I’m sharing my experience to help other buyers think twice before ordering.

I purchased a watch strap from Helvetus with the expectation of receiving a quality product based on how it was presented online. Unfortunately, what I received did not match the premium image shown on the website. The material and finishing felt very low quality and looked mass-produced, far from what I believed I was paying for.

The biggest issue for me was the return process. After I contacted them to ask for a refund, the communication became slow and unclear. Despite following their instructions, I was not able to recover my money, which left me feeling frustrated and misled as a customer.

Because of this experience, I strongly recommend that people do serious research before buying. Check independent reviews, confirm the return policy, and be careful when purchasing from brands that present themselves as high-end without clear proof of quality or customer support.

I’m posting this so others can make a more informed decision and avoid going through the same situation I did.

Overpriced Chinese made products. Ordered a bracelet removal tool. Paid 89 dollars. Got information from Aliexpress that my product was on the way. Found the exact same product on Alieexpress for 24 dollars. So, they take 4 times the price for products they just order at Alieexpress and get shipped straight to you. Please buy from a legit dealer instead. This is just a scam.

Le service client essaie de vous dissuader de retourner le produit (en Suisse) qualité médiocre au passage. Si vous persister et que vous renvoyez le produit (pas de bon retour : donc nous sommes à la limite de la légalité), sachez que le service client va vous faire croire durant des semaines qu’ils vous ont remboursés sur votre carte de crédit alors que ce n’est pas vrai ! (ils vous font croire que ce sont les délais de votre banque qui sont longs et dans le même temps, ils sont bien entendu incapables de vous fournir le justificatif de virement) : on peut donc qualifier ce site de voleur !
N’achetez rien sur ce site au risque d’entretenir un site de voleurs !

Unfassbar schlecht! Ich habe eine Federstegzange für 79,--€ bestellt. Geliefert wurde billigster Chinaschrott. Die gleiche Zange kostet bei Amazon 9,99€ und wird dort schlecht bewertet. Habe das Produkt reklamiert und bekam zur Antwort, das sämtliche Produkte streng auf Qualität geprüft werden und man meine Einschätzung bedauere. Eine Rücksendeadresse habe ich nicht bekommen. Nie wieder!

SCAM – FRAUD - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
Helvetus have a glossy website that makes you think you are buying a quality (expensive) Swiss made watchstrap.
I ordered two watchstraps both supposedly Swiss and genuine crocodile skin. What arrived in grubby plastic bags direct from the Chinese watchstrap manufacturer were two cheap cowskin watch straps (marked as such on the packaging and the straps themselves). I had paid Helvetus some A$366 for the two straps. Googling the Chinese manufacturers I see they sell the watchstraps for about $10.
I then had a battle with Helvetus as I wanted to return the watchstraps as I believed they were in breach of Australian Consumer Law. They kept calling the Chinese manufacturers “logistics partners” .
I struggled to get Helvetus to provide a return address even though they “guarantee” a full refund if you return the watchstraps. They only provided (grudgingly) a return address after I threatened legal action and to open a dispute with the Credit Card company.
I returned the items to their return address (which was the Aliexpress courier service in Sydney) and received tracking proof from Australia Post that the items were delivered. Helvetus claimed they processed a refund back to me – but I never received any refund.
It also appears thay they post false positive reviews of their products and company on websites such as Trustpilot.
They appear to be deceitful, liars, fraudsters and thieves.
You can buy better quality watchstraps as a fraction of the price from TEMU or Aliexpress, both of whom have far better customer service and returns policies than Helvetus.

I placed an order for a strap from Helvetus on the basis that its website describes it as a Swiss company. It sounded similar to Horus straps from which I have ordered several straps in the past.

However, Horus straps arrive in nice packaging, this was a joke. What arrived was a strap packaged just like $1 products from Temu.

Horus straps are high quality. This is clearly a $5 strap sold through fake marketing as a $130 strap. The quality of the Helvetus strap is poor with rough edges on the strap.

After emailing customer service, their initial reply states that the product had passed their quality control procedures and while they are a Swiss brand, the products are not stated to be made in Switzerland. So basically they are scamming customers and selling cheap nonsense under the banner of being a Swiss company. Let’s see if I manage to get a refund, otherwise I will simply make a chargeback claim through my credit card company as I don’t appreciate being scammed.

Scam fake liars, the strap was a cheap replica and didn’t even fit the watch, they said they would refund if I sent back at my expense but they didn’t refund and after chasing them many times I eventually went to the bank who finally got the refund but they lied throughout the whole process and tried to scare me so I wouldn’t go to the bank.

Produkt ist OK, der Umgang bei Retouren eine Katastrophe.
Absolut inakzeptabel, wie versucht wird, eine Rückgabe zu umgehen. Erst mit Androhung von Anwalt wurde auf Kulanz die Rückgabe erlaubt.

They are fake. Do not buy.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Terrible product. They use cheapest company to send them. Returning is discouraged, they try to send alternatives, rather than refund. When you do return, make sure you use a tracked service because you cant trust them. They telk you to put a liw value on the parcels (not legal) I chased for refund, they said they had refunded my card. They didn't refund me, my bank has now taken this case up. They lie and tell you its refunded, they try and scare you into not approaching your bank for a charge back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Strap I wanted out of stock, instead of cancelling they insisted on sending me 2 others. Finally caved and agreed. Slow to arrive, the strap does not fit the watch.

They tell me they'll send another - I decline, I just want a refund as the strap is also poor quality.

Site claims as Swiss, product clearly came from a Chinese factory with stickers on items saying so.

Leider kann ich hier keine "0-Sterne-Bewertung geben". Die Erfahrungen die hier häufig geäußert wurden kann ich bestätigen. Das weiße Band passt nicht (auf Nachfrage wurde behauptet das ein anderes Model abgebildet war, was nicht stimmt. Auf einem der beiden Bilder war exakt meine 42er Omega Seamaster 300 M mir weißem Zifferblatt abgebildet). Außerdem riecht es komisch und hatte nach dem Versuch es mit sauberen Händen an das Gehäuse meiner Omega zu machen, starke Verfärbungen. Angeblich für mich produziert, daher keine Rücknahme. Auf die Verfärbungen ist man (trotz Fotos) gar nicht eingegangen. Nie wieder. Ich habe es nur versucht mit Helvetus, da das originale weiße Omega-Band leider sehr schlecht bis gar nicht zu bekommen ist. Da bin ich leider auf ein unseriöses Unternehmen reingefallen. Die 89 € sind für immer verschwunden. Die Bewertungen habe ich leider zu spät gelesen.
