The quality of the product I bought was amazing

World class customer care!! They answered my question that day!! Which is unusual now a day. Fast shipping. And an all around great experience. Looking forward to doing business with hello slippers again!!

after several attempts and months of trying to purchase i’ve given up on this company. they cancelled half my first order for selling out of stock items. The next order they send me severely miss matched colors. The last part of the order was sent to the wrong house. They said sorry about the miss match shoes and maybe check with the neighbors for your missing package. AVOID THIS COMPANY. Zero accountability for their mistakes, zero quality control for their product.

I don't normally write reviews, I bought two pairs of fluffy slippers with my girlfriend and we both had defects appearing within a month of normal use. It is quite surprising to see seam defects appearing this early while the fluffiness and the sole of the slipper is pristine looking. But I guess they are really good photogenic slippers if you don't use them.

Ive had mine for about a month and I love them.
I love sharks and as a laugh i bough myself and my wife a pair of the sharks to celebrate buying a new house. We went with the basic ones as they were just to hang out in the backyard, they have well exceeded my expectations even my wife loves them. they are super comfortable and and the first thing we do once we get home is change into them.
we like them so much we are thinking about getting a pair of the pros.

I also bough a pair of the skull slides and could not fault them, very comfortable and have already had a few people ask where i got them from to get a pair for themselves

trashy company from china. Sent wrong product. To return the product to china, it costs a lot more than a $30 pair of slippers. These companies know that and sell whatever they want. Paypal won't do a thing about that.

Just amazing, the quality, the staff support, everything! Asked for a special thing in my order and they did absolutely amazing, my girlfriend was so so happy to get her shark slides, was customized just for her, she was not expecting it and became speechless! Didn't took long to come, the shipment was perfect and the package arrived nicely.
Just no words to describe how comfortable the slides are, we use it every day, and in 3 weeks of usage and not even a slight change in my opinion, love it!

Awesome & fun slides to wear. They are soo comfy. I was impressed by the shipping being that they were coming from far. Received them sooner than I expected. Very happy!

I had to give 1 star, otherwise I could not have placed a review. Please do not order gigantic plastic shoes, no one on this already polluted planet needs. We have ordered them for my daughter, they were way too big, we had to produce and send multiple photos to prove that they were not fitting at all, although we measured the feet correctly as instructed on the website, and did everything they told us to do. The outcome was, that they told us that the sizes vary, and that their policy does not include refund, exchange or any other policy that would satisfy a customer. They just work into their own pocket, no matter what. Please do not get tempted by the cute look of the shoes, they are uncomfortable and do NOT FIT!!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR SOMETHING BETTER.
After the company replied l am even more upset. I did reach out to you, and submitted all photos and whatever prove you wanted by sending you multiple emails. And now you write that you are happy to help if I just explained what is wrong. Are you serious?

I bought my slippers in early january, but they never arrived.
They were shipped to somewhere halfway around the world.
Customer Service says I entered the wrong address (which I did. not, of course. I didn‘t even know the town my slippers were sent to).
Also, they won‘t offer me a refund, as refunds are only accepted under certain circumstances.
But surely, everybody is very sorry.
Never again, just opened a Paypal-case.

The quality is great for such a great price I got both slippers and slides and I love them so much, so much support and I love to feel an inch or two higher, especially with being short!!! In love with these

The shoes were comfortable and made very well

Either the site is a scam or the shipping company is so poorly run it may as well be. I also did not receive my slippers. Ordered in November, they were supposed to arrive in early December. The shipping company said they were returned to the sender. The tracking details clearly say that the package was not delivered. In several email exchanges with the company they double checked my address (which was correct) and then told me the slippers would be resent once they arrive back at their warehouse. It's now been five more weeks. They will not issue a refund.

I found this store on Instagram and they have really great products. They answered my email really fast and were very kind. I definitely will buy more products from there next time.
