Shipment arrived as expected. Lots of communication

The slippers here are certainly cute and fluffy, and they were eventually delivered to my home in Northern Virginia, but it took 45 days and several frustrating emails.

The first shipment got stuck in Queens after it arrived in the U.S. from China. The company did take the time to correspond with me when I contacted them, but their answers were dismissive at first. For example, they kept saying the package was out for delivery and I should be patient, but it never arrived.

When I had placed the order, the website had said my package would arrive within a few weeks, but when it didn't arrive I was told that their fine print gives them 45 days. At first, they told me they wouldn't consider what to do next until a full 45 days had passed and a handful of other conditions were met. I made a big fuss, and they did finally send a new package that arrived late in the evening on the 45th day after the initial order.

This site is a scam, stay away from it. I placed an order and it was never delivered. Tracking said it was out for delivery then eventually a failed attempt on a national holiday when daily mail didn’t even come. Next day it says that the package was now missing, I contacted customer service and got told the order/tracking number was wrong and couldn’t be looked up in system and then they said it might be lost in transit unfortunately.That it happens rarely and i’ll only receive a full refund if my order is confirmed to be lost in transit. I could care less about the refund at this point I bought slides from Draco(100x better) and they already delivered. Highly doubt I’ll ever get full refund one clearly they must need the money more than I do. SAD COMPANY

I purchased a pair of slippers for a friend.
Slippers are nice even if, in my opinion, definitely overpriced for the quality, in fact the details aren't accurate at all.
Anyways, I had a bad experience because the slippers fit waaaay bigger than they should and the seller accepted to change them only if I proceed shipping them to China, whitch would cost me almost the price I paid for them.. otherwise offered to give me a 50% discount to purchase the same pair of slippers one number smaller but in this case I would also need to pay for the shipping and it's not convenient at all.

I've made several purchases from Hello Slipper, and always happy with them. The first purchase the site was having an issue with pictures, so they emailed me just to make sure my order was correct. Such great customer service.

Son preciosas .. seguro que a mí pareja le encantan. Pero lo que más me gustó es que me equivoqué de talla y cuando vi a ver si se podía solucionar (unos días después de haber hecho el pedido) recuperaron el paquete y lo cambiaron. Fueron rápidos y amables. 🥰

How are these so comfortable?? The only time in the past decade I get to forget I have arthritis in my knees is while I’m wearing these silly, delightful things. And they’re no uglier than Crocs, tbh.

The slides were comfortable, they don’t need charge in any light & they were like walking on clouds. Thank you so much HelloSlippers !

Great product, great material, amazing comfort and very legitimate product. I would recommend to other people to try this product which you see how comfortable it is to use it and walk with them.

They're comfortable, novelty slippers! The glow on the anglerfish really pops! And I can show off my toenail polish through the fish's mouth. =) I definitely think it's worth it to get the Pro model for the comfort. The Pro model is easier to walk in for my long, narrow feet. There is a small arch in the Pro model, but not too much for my flat feet. If you have a wider foot, the standard model with the footbed designed like a traditional slide may be more appealing. The material is similar to Crocs.
The site is easy to navigate, with in stock ready to ship items clearly marked. Out of stock items had estimated dates for restocking. Payment was easy, PayPal was an option which I used, and the shipping from a foreign country didn't take too long. (I think the items even arrived a few days earlier than the estimate, and weren't too difficult to track.)
My only complaint is with the packaging. The Pro slippers were in a box that didn't hold up too well during transit. The box was placed in an opaque plastic shipping bag, and all items were still in their bags. The regular slippers were still in their bags, no box, and the opaque plastic shipping bag was damaged in transit. Fortunately the tear in the bag, while big enough to see the slippers, was too small for a slipper to escape. The separate bag for the anglerfish attachments were taped to the slippers. (I do wish half stars were an option here, because that foresight from the warehouse ensured everything arrived.) The slippers themselves are durable, and didn't have any damage.

They were delivered days after ordering. Super quick. Products are really cute and affordable

Je vais mettre 5 étoiles car mon expérience a été parfaite ! J'ai contacté le SAV concernant le choix de la taille, et ils m'ont répondu par mail assez rapidement avec une réponse très claire. Je trouve le site un peu désorganisé mais c'est parce que je n'ai pas l'habitude et c'était mon premier achat. J'ai reçu ma commande dans des temps raisonnables (ça ne m'a pas semblé anormalement long). Bon après la qualité de la slippers est ce qu'elle est (pleins de petits défauts de fabrication - faut pas être maniaque du détail et des finitions) mais je suis très contente de ma paire !

Je n’écris jamais d’avis mais la il le fallait. Des semaines que j’attends ma commande, pour les recevoir enfin et m’ont durée exactement 1 semaine et elles sont déjà abîmés.

The company is legitimate. I got some slippers from them, came in a week, and they are so soft and comfy, and doesn't feel cheap
