Service Personnel are great
Products are great. i have loved using them. Customer service response is also great. all interactions extremely positive. Damaged product replacement policy is not so great. I lose respect very quickly for a company that says "oh, we will replace this one, but next time you just get 15% off if you want to replace it," when either their shipping line or the carrier damaged an ordered product before it even got to me. That is not my fault, and penalizing a customer for that loses said customer.

Bad product :-(
The customer service is spectacular! I was surprised at how helpful and willing they were to make things right with a defective product. Sadly their new Little Sucker is no better than the broken one that I needed replaced. I will not be trying a third time. I am happy with the first one that I bought it is OOOmazing. Please Go back to the original design of the Little Sucker because you had an exceptional product.

Non Starter 4 me
It was okay it really didn't do anything for me. I forgot I was even on the sublinguals for sexual enhancement. I popped 1 when I received them just to get a feel but no go. I figured it was me so I gave it to my girlfriend who is an nymphomaniac & in a couple hrs went by & I asked her about it, she said "Oh I totally forgot I had taken anything. So if it didn't for her then, I don't know?

Best personal/playtime products out there!
Great products and outstanding customer service make Cake one of my favorite sources for personal play toys. The bullet vibe has been a favorite of my wife’s ever since I surprised her with one years ago.

I received a faulty item and they have great customer service. I thought it was just a bad product but I was wrong! Powerful long lasting products. I highly highly recommend. I currently have 3 of the toys. I hope they come out with some new stuff to try soon! Thank you again for everything.

Made first time buyer feel comfortable!
Perfect customer service! They made me feel comfortable and judgement-free. All my questions were answered regarding TheStroker, and then the lube and toy cleaners I bought for it! I'm a first time buyer for this sort of thing, and I ABSOLUTELY LOVE TheStroker and the other items! Perfect investment for my new years resolution of taking care of my own sexual health. It's perfect for all of my 'me time' when not with my girl! Hiding it in plain sight is super easy, a tall toiletry bag fits everything in one place.

It didn't work for me at all...;(
This product did nothing for helping me. I feel like it is advertised as string and effective, but that was not my experience, sadly.
