I love the shoes but I didn’t like the interaction: not very helpful customer service (I asked about the discount code that I didn’t have a possibility to use in time and they didn’t want to give me another one, just pretending they don’t understand the question - and the person that answered me in several emails continued to quote the website in an extremely sweet manner (I can read the website on my own) and never told me there was going to be a big sale on all products for everyone so I just needed to wait for like 4 days from the day I had written to them. I’m sorry, but calling me “love” and “honey” alone doesn’t make your customer service good, neither does it make me want to spend money in your shop. That was a weird thing and I doubt that not giving the 15% discount to your customer (that before was offered to him by your company anyway) has made you rich. This is the reason I am taking away 1 star.
As for the product itself, I am pleased with the quality of the shoes. I have 5 pairs, 3 of them are from hella heels and they’re just on another level. You can feel that the Hellas are made by the dancers as even the little details are thoroughly considered: a soft cushioned insole, the perfectly cut peeptoe that doesn’t make my toes fall out, the perfectly shaped shoe…

Honestly Hella heels UK is an absolute bloody joke. I have ordered a few pairs from them and there's ALWAYS something wrong with the items or shipping. The heels are always arrive with so many faults, when you contact them they try to give you as little money off as possible, it's a back and forth game all the time. They're latest scandal is this birthday sale. I literally got on the website and the heels were gone 2 mins after going live,so disappointed me signed up for news letter( notify me when they're back) got an email yesterday saying they're restocked, I was super excited so grabbed a pair mind you £175 for them (here's me thinking what's going to be the issue this time, what faulty item I will receive). Well I just got an email from them saying unfortunately there was a glitch in the system and they don't have it! But here's your £7 postage back. Well thanks 👍 it should be free postage in the first place if you're paying £175 for it. Anyway I don't usually leave reviews but I am actually really disappointed AGAIN in them. I thought I'll give them a one last chance but boy I was so wrong. Going back to my old Pleasers, better quality, better fit, better costumer service.

While communications with customer services were helpful, I ended up sending the wrong package back 3 times, it was a cheap item (<£5), it was a nuisance to have to travel to post back 3 times because of the error and in the end I gave up trying to get the item I actually wanted because of the nuisance.
I think the third time it would have saved costs for everyone if they had just said they would send me the item as a gesture of goodwill.
I like the products I get, and I continue to use because not much options otherwise, but it was very annoying.

They're so CUTE!!! My only complaint is that they aren't quite the right fit for my narrow foot. My foot slides around more in these than the Pleaser slides and they have ankle straps so I think they're just not built for narrow feet. But they are the most beautiful pair of work shoes I own. I love them so much!

Never going to buy from Hella’s again!! This is my third pair as I have loved how the boots fit my feet and never had a problem until now. I bought a pair of the purple rain over the knee boots with a peep toe, I wore them once to pose in a photo shoot and then I wore them a second time when I was pole cleaning at GBPC. These boots material are faulty as I have about 3 rips and a few places are blistering as well after only having them on twice and never even dancing in them at all. I have other shoes that are made from the same material that I have wore over and over again to do multiple routines and advanced tricks and over the 2 years I’ve had them they’ve not ripped once!
I was so disappointed in Hella’s customer service skills as they basically told me that its not the product that’s faulty, it’s all my fault and they were even telling me to change my technique etc. I don’t know why they think that’s acceptable to talk to people like that.

Now I’ve lost out on over £100, I’ve got no boots to perform for a competition which is what I bought them for.

Just want to warn people of this company as they will do anything they can to ensure they do not look after their customers. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I have 36 pairs of hellas. They're all amazing except I bought 3 different pairs of the cupid shield stilettos and none of the ankle straps were long enough. You should have recalled these. I bought 1 pair from you and a pair for a friend. Both the same... and a pair from pole junkie.

All three were too short on the ankle straps.

I also think the quality of the shoes are great 99% of the time. I've had none of my shoes break. Just wear down. Which is amazing.

Please make more colours in the sheild stilettos they're the comfiest shoes I've ever worn. The ones with the clear tops. Make it reign! These are so underrated. 🔥

So here’s the cold hard facts about my experiences With Hella Heels
I’ve ordered from Pleasers, Hella Heels US and UK.

I love my heels from pleasers and everyone insisted the Hella Heels was much better quality and I would be satisfied with the price markup.

It’s important to note that they have a statement in the fine print about the likelihood of receiving products missing the heel cap… the fact that this is so common it must be stated in the fine print makes every order nerve wracking. You’re also paying a hefty price for shipping with a good chance you’ll receive something incorrect or missing “pieces”

So not only are you likely to receive the incorrect (I’ll get to my story) or faulty product, but they also ask for a TIP at checkout. Before you even receive the order…

I ordered a pair of boots on sale and I’ll be honest they are very comfortable and I wear them lots. I also got the clear shoe protectors, and in my personal experience they do not last nearly long enough to be worth the price.

Now, I did order two pairs of sandals on Black Friday…
No one will tell me whether the one pair was made faulty, or they shipped me a wide fit pair. I had to send videos of me measuring the over the toe strap of both shoes to hella heels to prove that they send me one pair of faulty heels. It took several weeks and slow response times but they finally refunded me for the shoes and had me ship them back, but I was never compensated for the extra cost in shipping weight.

Pleasers are a much more secure sandal, and I have seen videos of people experiencing the same issue where hella heels won’t hold their arch in.

Overall very disappointed in the price tag and “Tip” culture of this company for the poor quality and customer service they offer.

Absolutely love hella heels shoes they are my all time favourite. Would 100% recommend them.

I love my Hella heels. We made a bulk order before they moved to the states. I myself - as a studio owner - have been reluctant to purchase my own pair (because I have a shoe problem and already have too many). But took advantage and am I ever glad. The heels fit much looser than other brands - so buy true size not up or down. But their shoe protectors? If I had had their shoe protectors on all the shoes I ever had + I would have every single shoe I ever bought. They are absolutely ingenious. I cannot express enough GET THEIR PROTECTORS.
