First, I'm 76 and struggle with some fine motor things. Got the alexandrite earrings, which were pretty. In taking the back off of the earring, the post snapped OFF right where it was joined to the stone. One earring is useless now. Also totally confused as to why I need to "sterilize" earrings, never heard of this. Will try to return but not hopeful.

I missed a part (not the earrings) and they immidiatly texted me that they will sent me the missing part.

I ordered the Alexandrite flat back studs for my daughter (to match her necklace) as a birthday gift. I gave them to her (all separately wrapped in steri bags- love that) and she loved them. I picked them up and one of the stones fell out of the setting ☹️ I reached out and sent a message at 10PM that night. Mata replied prior to 6:30 the next morning. She was all over replacing the earring. Couple days later (this morning) I emailed her to check in and see if things were still in the works…. She researched and saw the earring was on my front steps already. BY FAR the best customer service I’ve ever dealt with!!!! Thank you again!!!

First of all the alexandrite stones are absolutely beautiful.

I was having difficulty getting the earings on because of the small fasteners ( clumsy fingers ).

I wrote to the company, got an immediate and polite response. They told me they had adapters that will solve my dilemma. They are on the way to me.

If you are contemplating a purchase of any of the myriad products from this company, do not hesitate. I recommend them highly.

While unfortunately the earrings I ordered were much smaller than expected and therefore not suitable for my ears the customer service from Mata has been fantastic. Super responsive and helped me with organising a refund promptly while being genuinely interested in feedback.

Great product and customer service. My wife loves the earrings. The flat backs were a bit to long for my wife's ear lobes. Contacted the company and they send smaller backs free of charge. Excellent service and founder backs the product and cares about the customer.

Best customer service. I had a problem that the posts on my earrings were too long for my ear. No problem for Heiracle. They sent me two different size posts to try without charging me anything, without any hassle. That’s the best that I could have hoped for. And they didn’t ask for my original posts back. So generous.

I ordered the titanium, flat back hearts. I put them in right away, no irritation and honestly I don't even realize they are there!
Shipping: ordered June 23rd, here on July 1st.
Earring size: a little smaller than I expected but still cute and dainty. Perfect for my second lobe piercing.
On me, the stem is a little long but it's easy enough to push back in place - I just check them in the morning and go.
Putting the earrings in: Goes pretty smooth if you follow the directions and use the included tools :-)

I ordered my first set of earrings at the beginning of the month, the delivery was prompt and the tracking information was accurate. They arrived and they were even nicer than they looked online! I put them in straight away and kept them in non-stop (I have quite a few ear piercings and having allergies to nickel makes it hard to find flat back jewellery that’s comfortable and beautiful)! Unfortunately at work one day I noticed one was missing - I must have tightened it too much and it had snapped inside the post which was still in my ear. I contacted heiracle to ask if I could order a replacement, and they responded almost within an hour explaining what may have caused the break, and letting me know they would replace it free of charges the following day I received a dispatch email and I’m currently awaiting delivery so I can wear them again. The jewellery alone is lovely, but their customer service has been amazing! I’m looking forward to purchasing another pair in the future!

I’m thrilled with both the product and the customer service! The lab-grown alexandrite titanium flatbacks are gorgeous, the color-change is subtle and elegant, the stones are a great size (visible without being overpowering), and the flatback, titanium construction is lightweight, comfortable, and hypoallergenic (I wear F136 titanium because my ears are sensitive). They sit securely and are perfect for everyday wear and sleeping. Customer service was fast, kind, and attentive. Mata listened to my feedback regarding some gold hoops that I purchased, responded thoughtfully, and addressed my inquiry. I highly recommend this company for anyone wanting beautiful, durable, comfortable gemstone jewelry and excellent, responsive support.

So, they did take a little while to get delivered. Ordered on the 10th June, delivered on the 29th June.

This was due to the gemstone I had ordered was still being produced in the lab. Annoying because in a world of next-day delivery, I have zero patience left in me, but understandable because sometimes things just need time to be crafted.

After reaching out from not hearing much, Mata was very responsive and a great help, and reassured me of the current status of my purchase.

Cannot complain about the customer service, and the final product looks amazing. Nice size, clarity and it really pops. Bought both YAG Fluorescent and Lab-Grown Alexandrite, and both look amazing. Very happy.

Excellent customer service and communication. My daughter lost the front of 1 earring, after giving the feedback to Heiracle, Mata contacted me and sent out a replacement to ensure customer satisfaction.

Purchased a set of earrings for my wife's birthday. The price seemed very competitive for the materials so I gave it a try. Shipping was quicker than I expected. Very well packaged for a safe journey, inside a simple nondescript cardboard box containing a very authentic looking storage bag on top of the presentation box containing the actual earrings in a sealed sterile blister. They looked exactly like the earrings I had seen on the website that had prompted me to make the purchase. Under the presentation box they included a few small tools (all in sealed sterile packaging) to help get the earrings inserted.
We surprised her with them this evening and she was so excited to get them on! The quality was absolutely top-notch and I definitely look forward to working with Heiracle again soon!

The jewelry I purchased from Heiracle was beautiful. It came promptly and in sterile bags, which I deeply appreciated. It's clear that a lot of time and care go into their products. Their customer service was prompt, friendly, genuine, and personal (human!) -- top-notch in every way and just about unheard of in today's online commerce world.

Excellent customer service. Had issues with delivery (which is purely due to the courier server). Mata was prompt in helping me solve the issue.

The quality of the earrings are splendid and they are so comfortable to wear. Much thought in to the products; they came sterilised and the tool provided to help put on the earrings was helpful.

After decades of problems with earrings, I found flat back titanium and love these! This company was truly amazing when I needed a longer stem. All I did was email them to ask if they had them available, and they put a pair of longer stems in the mail to me!!! Thank you! I can wear earrings again!!!

They don’t publish negative reviews. I brought a pair of flat back earrings. The stem was too long. The earrings hung oddly and rotated down with gravity. Despite reviewing them on the website and via their emailed review request (and confirming the review after) neither review was published.
Edit 13/7 - Mata from Heiracle did reach out and the company sent me a pair of shorter 4mm posts which fit perfectly. The only feedback from me would that it would be good to advertise the shorter posts on the website so people know that they are an option.
I was pleased with the response and earrings.
