Excellent and friendly service. Have used Heatfactors many times and never had a complaint. Had a recent boiler service from Darren and couldn’t recommend enough.

Competent, thorough, professional, friendly and responsive. We have used HeatFactors for everything plumbing and heating related for over 10 years now and we cannot fault them. They are leagues apart from other plumbing and heating companies that we have used before finding HeatFactors.

Heat factors are simply the best
Heat factors are simply the best. They were recommended to us by a family member and we are very grateful for the timely and professional service they gave us improving the pipe work to the bathroom and later our gas hob removed. So much appreciated. Thank you Darren and Andrew.

Great Service
Our boiler service was thorough and fixed problems with noisy pipes but also checked everything from radiators to CO alarms to a leaky sink faucet. Darren was friendly and answered all my questions. He was great. Will definitely use them again.

Impressive all round
Impressive all round, very helpful in a difficult situation and understanding. I can’t thank them enough for their help and advice along with the excellent work that they did to put in a new water main to replace the old lead piping.

Quickly diagnosed two faults. One required a part that had to be ordered for the following day.
Despite a busy work schedule Darren managed to fit the job in promptly the next day to accommodate my schedule.

Reliable company
This company has looked after my central heating for many years and the engineers are very efficient and pleasant. The call outs are quick. I would certainly recommend them.

Annual service
Great service today from Darren at Heatfactors . Boiler service ✔️off the list for another year . Darren arrived on time , asked if I had any problems with my heating system. When the service was completed Darren asked if I had any questions for him .
