Happy I found a professional matchmaker, like Heart to Heart Dating Service. I am involved and now I don’t need to go to restaurants or events alone. I wanted a personalize matchmaker and found it with Heart to Heart Dating Service. Debbie was my matchmaker and she also helped me with relationship coaching. This helped me get into a long term relationship that hoping will lead to marriage. I found love, Debbie deserves all the credit.

Debbie at Heart to heart helped me. I thought after getting my membership i would just be another client, but that was not the case. Deb walked me through the entire process, called me withing 24 hours if i had a question, and diligently worked on getting me a match. If you need help call and ask for Debbie to help you.

After calling different companies and comparing, I went with Heart to Heart Dating Service. It wasn't easy for sure, the process was very time consuming. It took a year AND some change, but I was able to get married by the grace of God! Out of respect, I owe the company a thank you and an apology. I was skeptical at the beginning and impatient. When the end of the interview came she showed me the prices and told me to go home and think about it. I was stuck in the middle from doing a regular membership and a Deluxe membership. I went back to the company 3 days later joined Heart to Heart Dating Service and purchased the Deluxe membership, which I met good people. I can say the process to meet people won my heart.

I met a ton of people through this service, my matchmaking agent even gave me do’s and dont’s of what to do on the dates. I’m finally married and we are expecting our first child.

The company that made it possible. I am having tremendous success with meeting people. I tried online dating and I thought something was wrong with me, I had no interest. Until I hired a matchmaker and she is helping me to Look for the right person. I couldn’t do it without a matchmaker.

I would give them an A+. Being a senior citizen, there not alot of matchmaking companys out there. I am old fashioned and didn't know where to go, I decided to give them a call. I set a time up to talk with a matchmaker, did some paper work and then I was shocked that the matchmaker found me a match. The first lady, didn't work but the second one did.

Married through the service, how can this company not be great! They did what they said they would do, and it worked out for me. It did take lots of matches, but overall I would tell others about the service that they provide. Great experience in finding a marriage partner. I would recommend this service.

My experience with Heart to Heart has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I signed up for their matchmaking service, expecting to receive five introductions as promised in my contract. However, what I received instead was a series of profiles and pictures, which, according to the company, somehow counts as fulfilling their "service" obligation.

When I requested a prorated refund because they failed to provide the introductions within a reasonable time frame, I was met with a confusing and evasive response. The Director of Operations, Kevin, insisted that merely sending a profile or picture constitutes a service, which was never made clear when I signed up. Despite multiple attempts to clarify the terms and request a refund, I felt like I was being stonewalled with vague answers and constant requests to review my contract (which I had already provided).

The entire process has been a nightmare. Their contract terms are ambiguous, and their customer service is unhelpful at best. If you're considering using Heart to Heart for matchmaking, be prepared for a lot of frustration and very little actual service. I certainly wouldn't recommend them to anyone looking for a genuine matchmaking experience.

EDIT: I initially joined Heart to Heart with high hopes, but the experience has been severely underwhelming. After expressing my dissatisfaction in a review, I was shocked when the company threatened to suspend my membership unless I removed my honest feedback.

The service has failed to deliver the value promised in the contract, and instead of working to resolve my concerns, their response was to ask me to delete my review as a condition to continue the discussion. It feels wrong that improving my opinion of the service should start with silencing criticism. Rather than addressing the lack of value or attempting to genuinely improve my experience, they seem more interested in maintaining appearances.

Honest feedback should be welcomed, not stifled. If this is how Heart to Heart handles customer concerns, I would caution anyone considering their service to think twice. I stand by my review, as it reflects my real experience with this company.
