Needed a 24 ecg recording and nhs wait was very long so used HeartTec Solutions for a 7day tape. Brilliant prompt service in terms of sending the device and also reporting the findings. Sent the report to my GP also on my behalf which has resulted in my hospital referral being expedited to urgent from routine.

Easy from start to finish. I could use the website, fitting the monitor was simple and when I wanted to ask a question I was quickly able to contact the company and speak with a most helpful person. The package arrived in the next post and return was equally simple, pop it in the envelope provided and take to the post office. Results a few days later.

I requested a 24hr holter monitor test and completed it last week.
Personally I simply cannot praise the product and the customer service highly enough, "outstanding" in my opinion is the very least I could say.
The support and advice I received was 1st class, furthermore it took only a few days from returning my holter test to receive a very detailed report. The monitor itself was simple to use and came with easy to follow in depth instructions. Would I personally recommend HeartTech? Absolutely.

Having recently experienced irregular heartbeats and a few other symptoms I decided to use their service rather than trying to get an appointment with my GP and wait for a referral. This was the quickest option in my opinion. I purchased the 7 day monitoring and the monitor was able to record more than enough data for their cardiologist to assess my symptoms in a report emailed to me. For an additional fee I booked an online appointment to speak to their cardiologist about my symptoms, possible causes and treatment, which was helpful.

From start to finish the whole process was seamless and the staff here are friendly, helpful and professional. I would recommend using this service.

I am happy with my experience using HeartTec. They addressed an issue with the monitor promptly and I received my report fairly quickly. I will be using them in the future and fully recommend their services.

We had some concerns re my husband and an irregular heart rate. The GP was very good and did an ECG and then referral to the hospital. However we were not sure of the waiting time so decided to contact Heart Tec for 72 hour Holter monitoring. Everything was professional, well explained, excellent supporting literature and quick. We had the report from the Consultant Cardiologist within 5 days ( report also sent to GP)
Excellent service throughout.
We are now just awaiting contact from the GP.
( still not had appt from the hospital)
