They are a false advertising company. They say waterproof and tarnish free but after two weeks their jewelry looked like bubblegum machine jewelry. Save your money I lost mine and they have the rudest customer service I have ever experienced

Heart Made of Gold controls its reviews on its site, so there will be no negative reviews there. It would be impossible for no one EVER to leave a negative review. My ring tarnished in two weeks. I purchased under the "water resistant" category. Their claim is that it won't tarnish. They would not stand behind it and take it back or exchange it. Don't buy from them unless you want a temporary piece of jewelry. Also, they have eliminated their address from Google making it impossible to leave a Google review. This is something that scam sites do.

I received good and timely service. They were very helpful and have beautiful products.

I love ordering from Heart Made of Gold, I have several pieces of jewelry from them and their earrings never turn my ears green!

Recently my order got lost in shipping and their customer service team did everything they could to ease my mind and get me my earrings. The customer service experience I had will make me remain a loyal customer :) love them!

If I could give zero stars I would. They are extremely rude. And not helpful at all! If you have any issues don’t expect them to help. As a matter of fact they will probably tell you to stop emailing them like they told me. There are so many better places to shop. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere!!!!

Tarnishing "Water Resistant" necklace

The Gold Filled Herringbone necklace is "gold filled" but must be super low quality. I have many gold filled pieces from other sites that have never tarnished and this turned bronze in a few months. The site claims that it has a 1-year warranty but ignored my several emails about the issue and it went past the time period where I could make a claim on my credit card.

Do not buy from this website.
First of all, they did not send me confirmation nor receipt after I purchased so after I closed the window, it made me anxious. I did not create my account but I provided my email address. So I sent message and they just sent me USPS tracking number.

Then, the accessories broke very easily.
They claim "100% happiness guarantee and accept refund." but this actually does not apply if you used any of the promo code. They always always have promo so basically you cannot return. Smart.

Lastly, poor customer service. Not very helpful, not much explanation, not really answering what I asked. Their message is like a text from a friend - I am not your friend, a customer. They did not let me leave bad review for an item.
