Both appointments I had were great. I felt listened to and now have a better understanding of the hearing issues I have been experiencing. Everybody I encountered at Hearology was very friendly and responsive.

Great, efficient service with lovely staff. Made sure I was comfortable and answered all my questions clearly.

Everything was nice about the place, the people, the friendliness...... only that the actual help they are able to give seems to be somewhat limited. However I was able to discover a certain problem. I t was not possible to address the problem, but learning about it was certainly a help. So many, many thanks for the kindness I experienced.

Everything was explained clearly and it was an interesting and illuminating experience.
I tried a test aid and that was clearly explained, ditto pricing and so on.
Time to ponder in the next stage now.

Great service, very friendly

Hearology was recommended to me by several clients, so when my ear became blocked after the flu in November, and then became infected, I finally got an appointment on new year's eve. The microsuction wasn't successful because of the infection, and it was very painful. It was suggested by the clinician to go to a London branch to get a bespoke antibiotic, at a cost of £200, to clear up the infection,and the appointment could be made straight away. I declined and got a GP appointment the following day. I was given a prescription for an antibiotic (not bespoke!) and the infection cleared up in 3 days, at no cost to me. Hearology was recommended to me by several people, but sadly I won't be doing the same, as my experience was less than satisfactory and I felt the cost didn't reflect the service.

The person we saw was very patient and understanding with my husband who is very deaf and has Alzheimer’s and didn’t understand what was happening. I shall definitely use Hearology again

I experienced some deafness caused by an amount of wax remaining in my left ear after having both ears cleared. This was unlucky as It has never happened before. I was given an apopointment very quickly to rectify the situation and left Hearology with two good working ears. Thank you.

Excellent customer care, everything about the test was explained to me in detail and I was made to feel very relaxed during the test.
I was particularly impressed with the offer of a free trial for the hearing aids for a fourteen day period,
Michael also reiterated that the trial was not dependent on purchasing aids from Hearology.
I have no hesitation in recommending Hearology to anyone who thinks that they need hearing test.

great service, Steve at Forest Row did a super job and was very friendly and efficient.

Softening the ear wax with ear drops for a couple of days before syringeing is often recommended.Quite unnecessary for Hearology's microsuction technique.Also, with the visual probe, the doctor can see everything throughout the process.In this reviewer's experience, microsuction is needed less frequently than traditional syringeing.

The audiologist explained everything. A helpful service.
