Prompt, efficient, polite and professional service in clean and modern surroundings.

Hearology is a warm and welcoming place. the receptionist is helpful.
Zaahira Khan was careful as she cleaned my ears.

But I would council not asking clients/patients to rate their experience. I am not a busy person but busy people may find it annoying!

Really friendly staff, knowledgeable, know what they are doing. Making it a comfortable experience with great results.

Everything was nice about the place, the people, the friendliness...... only that the actual help they are able to give seems to be somewhat limited. However I was able to discover a certain problem. I t was not possible to address the problem, but learning about it was certainly a help. So many, many thanks for the kindness I experienced.
