Hearing Choice Recenzje

Andrew was very patient with my elderly mother and found a hearing solution that was way better than her NHS devices. Most importantly, he stressed that the aftercare is part of the purchase. We have made repeated visits to ensure optimum fit and usage. Hearing aids are not like spectacles; they need adjustments after initial use. Andrew never makes us feel as if we are fussy or difficult. Highly recommended.

Dealing with Andrew at Hearing Choice was a pleasure. Purchase was easy, online adjustment was done twice= easy and efficient. Overall a very positive experience

A very professional and efficient service provided in a friendly and personable manner. The after sales service and attention is extremely impressive. The Oticon hearing aids are a great product - reliable and robust. The latest model is great. Love the improvements particularly the overnight recharge. They have become even easier and more friendly to use.

Excellent, professional and friendly service from Andrew Haines who is easily contactable by What’s App or email for queries or problems.

Adam, the audiologist, was prompt in responding to my request for an appointment for an audiogram. After the agreed appointment at my home I instructed him to proceed with the supply of a ITE hearing bud. At no time was there any pressure to purchase. The delivery of the aid was prompt and duly delivered with help to install the 'on phone' apt and adjustment to suit my specific hearing loss. Good service all round.

I was very impressed with my consultation with Andrew.
I had contacted other audiologists but I had complete confidence in Andrew's advice and recommendations which I followed. I appreciate the time given and his after care.

Andrew is a very well-informed audiologist, who not only understands the benefits offered by today's technologically complex hearing devices, but also explains them to clients whose technical competence is minimal. (That's certainly true in my case.) He is also readily available for follow-up installation and operation fine-tuning, which is often necessary. None of this was true of the previous firm I contacted in search of hearing aids. My only quibble is that purchases must be made by cash bank transfers, which can be a problem for those who don't have UK bank accounts.

Gave me a second option on a hearing aid fitted by someone else that I wasn't happy with. Was able to return this with in the trial period and then Andrew helped to find me a better solution.

Having done my research on the web, I selected Hearing Choice based on competence and price. Andrew demonstrates an obvious knowledge of his subject and provides Lifetime Aftercare.

I found this company to not only give the best service but also the most competitive price. I am thrilled with Andrew Haine, he is professional, attentive and always available to answer any questions. I highly recommend him and his company.

Andrew was extremely competent and professional in analysing my hearing problem and then suggesting the appropriate hearing aids.

He was very patient with someone who is a total technophobe and I know that he will always be there to sort out any problems I have with my hearing aids throughout their life time.

Prompt response to enquiries.
Excellent professional and friendly service.
Technically brilliant product, competitively priced, which has restored a level and quality of hearing beyond my expectations.

I am so delighted as had extreme discomfort over Christmas Andrew was so professional and explained the process I could not recommend highly enough he clearly understands his profession great find

I took my Dad to get him a hearing test with Andrew Haine at Hearing Choice in Richmond. Andrew was on time so we didn't need to wait, he took wonderful care of my Dad, and answered as many questions as my Dad and I had, we never felt hurried. Andrew was sympathetic, caring and understanding. He helped us to visually understand my Dad's hearing loss by sharing a graph of the results, clearly explained our options for a hearing aid and we never felt pressured to make a decision. Our visit was a really positive experience and we will return for my Dad to get some excess wax removed too. Andrew does home visits which are so helpful, he's also very responsive by phone and email. I 110% recommend Andrew Haine at Hearing Choice - look no further he is the expert!

Professional friendly relaxing first class Sevice excellent choice of hearing aid reasonable price excellent after sale service

Excellent service from an experienced professional. Punctual, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A high quality service at a very competitive price. We would definitely use again and would refer others.

Unfortunately Mr Haine had to come three before he got the right hearing aid. I have sent him an email asking if I coiuld buy spare domes and anchor but he has not replied

Good service but not entirely convinced about efficacy in crowded environments

My mother has complex hearing problems.I was looking for an independent audiologist,as I feel they give a more personalised service compared to chain store audiologists. We have found these qualities in Andrew. He is friendly extremely knowledgeable and has offered different options going forward. He has made my mother feel positive after each consultation. So pleased we found him the service he provides is of a very high standard.Would not hesitate to recommend him.
