Get well, stay well, go Healthstuff

I ordered my Biostarath tablets on line from Healthstuff, because it cost me two thirds of the price from the Asutralian supplier. It is not an australian product, so I do not mind buying it from overseas if it is going to be considerably cheaper. I used Paypal, which is secure, and goes directly from my bank account so there is no surprise on the credit card. The order came by secured (sign for ) post within 14 days, which is pretty good, all the way from the UK.

NEVER RECEIVED PRODUCT!!

I placed my order 11/24, and still have not received my Aloe Vera!!!

Hi, the order left us on Monday the 2nd. The payment needed to clear with PayPal before we could send the order, and this has caused the delay. I have sent you full tracking information to your email and the order should be with you very soon.

Completely Satisfied

I ordered Dr Theiss Swedish Bitters. I received the delivery by Royal Mail direct to my address. Packaged well. I am more than happy to recommend Healthstuff.co.uk and will be using the site again.

Pretty good.

I'd ordered something Amazon and there was a long delay. I looked around for an alternative and found Healthstuff. I ordered in the morning and they despatched later that day. It was what I'd ordered, delivered quickly and all for a reasonable price. I'd definitely use them again.

how could give another rating if I have not received my stuff.

I made my order on the 13th November, I received no communication with a deadline espectável. I can not find this information on the site. I am so unhappy as it is logical. if they ask me to give a rate. so my rate is bad.

Dear Jorge, I have just checked out the status of your order which is stating the order was delivered on the 21st. The order was shipped from our warehouse on the 13th so it appears to have taken 6 working days in transit. International deliveries usually take around 3 to 7 working days to arrive, depending there are no problems with custom checks, address issues etc.

Genuine company. Sent the order through and I had no problems.

Swedish bitters is a very good product and we are finding it difficult to source. Some Swedish bitters products we do not find help us. Came across Healthstuff, they did send us the bottle as advertised on their website. I did not know thsi company so I thought I would test them with a small order. It found they worked just like those working from Amazon, just as quick and just as professional. I was very pleased.
I will buy from them again especially if they can get more Swedish Bitters from this same brand.
