Paid for item on 12/6, keep fobbing me off, will be in stock tomorrow, nothing, will be sent end of the week, nothing, give me a refund!! It takes 10 days blah blah. This has been going on for 7 WEEKS!!!! TOTAL SCAMMERS TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DONT SEND GOODS!! Reporting to trading standards!!!!

2nd time ordering. Delivering slow . But they did deliver. And reply on emails are usually fast. If you have any issues just send an email.

Placed an order for hand creams on the 7th July 2025 , didn't receive my order despite contacting the seller promising week afeter week to send but nor order was sent. I cancelled today the 26th July and asked for a refund.p which I got from Paypal.

Made an order for Clarins body cream on 8th July, read reviews started to panic that it wouldn’t arrive. Made contact got a reply to say it would arrive next week and my item arrived today. Sealed brand new packaged really well. Took a while to arrive 2 weeks and 3 days.

I havent received my order placed 8 days ago they contacted me via e.mail a couple of items out of stock I cancelled one and changed the other. Still no order
I have e.mailed and tried to ring, no response. I would like a refund now as they have lost all credibility unfortunately . Very disapppointed.

Thieves!!!. I spent £87 four weeks ago and still haven’t received anything. Not even an email. I reached out asking how long it will take 3 weeks ago and still no response. Wish I’d of checked reviews before ordering. Very disappointed.

Total scam. Money was taken. Never got my order of origins plantscription night cream. Corresponded through a Hotmail address but I never got resolution. Do not use.

They charge you despite the product being out of stock and then you end up begging for your money. I would never order from this company. Scammers.

Ordered some eye cream almost a week ago, says 3 days for delivery ! still not received. I E-mailed to inform them and said I would contact Trading Standards if I hadn't received my order before 7th July, have had no reply and today received notification that my E-mail had been blocked by their system. It says their phone line is only available between the hours of 1 to 4 which makes me think this is not a real company.I should have read the reviews before ordering. So I would advise people to avoid them at all cost, appears to be scammers

I should have read the reviews before placing my order.

Like the reviews below, I have been waiting for 3 weeks for my order to be delivered. When I placed the order, the website said delivery would be within 3 days.

When I ask for an update I receive an email saying it will be next week.

The order confirmation advised downloading the 'Shop' app for updates on delivery. The app had no updates regarding delivery and instead bombarded me with advertising.

I have asked for a refund. No doubt this will take ages to process.

I would advise any buyer to steer clear of this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I ordered some selenium drops on the 16.06.25. Received a email to say it was shipped the next day. No order the following week, so contacted them. They said that it’s on the way and sorry.

Today is the 02.07.25 and still no order. I will not accept any order from this company because it will probably be counterfeit or used, as per another review.

They have over £100k in the bank probably because they steal people’s money!!

Wish I’d read the reviews before I’d made a purchase. I was caught slipping this time. Never again!!

UPDATE: 07.07.25 - The day I left this review they updated my order to say that it has been dispatched. HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT!! This company is a legit scam setup.

UPDATE: 10.07.25 - Order arrived. Product is a completely different brand to what I ordered. It’s also a cheaper brand! The only consolation is that the bottle still has the factory seal on it so it’s not counterfeit or tampered with as some of the reviews below mentioned.

Remember people - This company has over £100,000 in the bank. Due to this awful business practice!!

I waited almost 3 weeks for Loccitane Moisturiser cream. Nearly £40 plus postage. It’s arrived today. Packaging was damaged and the cream has been used. The protection seal did not exist on the jar and it had cream all round the screw cap plus a large amount of cream used with obvious finger marks into the pot. Horrible experience. Is it the genuine product???? Probably not. Looks like an old jar has been refilled with some cream. Cannot bring myself to trust it enough to use it. Wate of money. Never again….Do not trust this company. Zero stars was not an option!! Shame on you guys for doing this to a customer spending hard earned money.

Con artists. Been waiting for an order since early May and nothing, despite them saying they will ship following recurrent chasing.

The item I ordered was no longer in stock. They reached out immediately offering a replacement which I declined. They have issued a refund really promptly. Communication was excellent. I get the impression this is a small business who have some stock management issues, but they have been fair and honest thus 4 stars.

Same as everyone else’s experience. Product doesn’t arrive, repeatedly told it will…nothing happens. Have reported via PayPal (as well as Trading Standards) so got my money back but save yourself the hassle and DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
