It’s a SCANDAL.
Ordered some cream six weeks ago apparently out of stock, and they wanted to send a substitute which of course I never received, I’ve asked for a refund after writing many emails, and still no response. Of course the money was taken out of the account the next day of ordering the product. This site doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
Never again, be AWARE.

SAUCE I AM CHATTING TO A FAKE WOMAN CALLED OLGA WHO IS REFUSING TO REFUND ME AND CLAIMS MY SAUCE IS OUT OF STOCK EVEN THOUGH I KNOW ITS NOT. I SPENT A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MY MONEY ON 3 JARS OF PASTA SAUCE THAT I WILL NEVER GET BACK I HATE HER. DONT DO IT

A complete joke of a company. When the kimchi finally arrived (after three weeks, after they initially gave a false dispatch date for the product) it was leaking everywhere and had to be thrown straight in the bin. Customer service was appalling, not answering my question correctly and in broken English that was really hard to understand. Buy from elsewhere. I would worry also whether the products they are selling are genuine- given the lid on the kimchi I bought was not screwed on correctly, someone may have tampered with the product- it was packaged tightly in bubble wrap so I don't believe it came loose during sending. I am actually going to see what I can do to report this website and company to Action Fraud, because I am concerned they are operating fraudulently. AVOID!

Same as all the others. Order never sent Kept asking when it will be sent. Was told by Friday. It didn't happen next week said it wasn't in stock but will send when in stock. I got a refund by opening a case with PayPal. PLEASE DON'T EXPECT YOUR ORDERS TO ARRIVE. A TERRIBLE COMPANY I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.

Poor. The website offers the product I wanted, then an email arrived saying it wasn't available and a replacement was to be sent out. The product is still listed as available. Took days to even get a response. When I finally had enough and just cancelled the order I was told I would receive a refund, which I will believe when I see it. Don't use this company.

This company doesn’t even deserve one star. They are a scam! They advertise products as available and then emailed me to say they are out or stock and they are refusing to issue me a refund! Please never buy anything from them.This place needs to be reported, they have stole money from several people now.

My yoghurts arrived late, mostly open and spilled everywhere. Also warm as they only had 2 tiny ice packs between then which had long thawed out. A refund was initiated on PayPal but they never actually gave me my money back.

Very hard to contact. Replies are in pigeon English and constantly fobbing me off.

Avoid at all costs! You will regret it if you buy from them.

attempted to call their number within the limited timeframe & no answer or ability to leave a message, having now read reviews it’s clear this is not a reputable company & they are taking our money!!!!
Shocking they can get away with this

Very bad and unprofessional company. I have ordered a product and after two weeks of silence I emailed them and they told me the product will be with me in the following week. I waited and emailed again after I got not delivery and they responded with that they will make sure the product is with me the next week. What a joke. A person responding to my emails didn't even write proper sentences and I had to double email to get a response I understood. Just don't buy from them, probably a scam company.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ... they say the products are in stock take payment then send you a email to tell u not in stock, they will not give me a refund, but told me they should have products in a few weeks which is obviously a lie !

I ordered an item.and its been almost 2 weeks no shipping details. I've sent several emails and all I get are very unprofessional responses. I've attempted to contact their contact number but no response. Please do not purchase anything from these people. I don't know if I'd get my money back. I really wish I read reviews first

Ordered an item for which the company took full payment. A couple of days later they admitted they did not have it in stock. No refund offered. Since then I have been requesting a refund. Intermittent emails offering an alternative product (I have purchased elsewher)and then finally agreeing to a refund but a week later no sign of the money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I have placed an order 10 days ago. These days waiting this long is not acceptable. They do not send any tracking to check where the item is. As you proceed with an order there is no information on time scale.
The email communication is not professional.
No tel number to customer service.
I have no idea when and if my order is going to be realized. I can only regret that I did not check Trust Pilot before I have ordered. This is either scam or very unprofessional and uncapable person (not even real team most likely).

DO NOT USE - this is a scam. I bought make up using Apple Pay. 2 days later, my bank account was emptied using my Apple Pay id and my personal details, with dodgy card transactions in the US. I have lost £1400 as a result. The product never shipped, no reply form the seller either - this is a site that is luring you in to share your card details to scam you at the purchase and afterwards!!!! My bank Nationwide is not caring about this at all, and will not refund the lost funds. So do not use ever!

Further to my review of the 22nd July, I still haven’t got my refund for goods not received, I have been promised it but not received it having sent numerous e,mails. They look to have fantastic good on the website, but it’s a total rip off. Think twice before risking your hard earned money.
If I ever receive my money back I will let you know.

**AVOID** 1 star is highly over rated, this company operates like a scam. Waited a month for product and was told it had been despatched, (lie) requested a refund at least 15 times, when finally refunded it didn't complete, fortunately paid via PayPal so they have taken this up. One to AVOID

this is my second order for toothpaste. first order arrived pretty quickly, from what i recall. this time though, it took 10 days, and that was after i emailed. the responses were prompt though, and satisfactory.

Absolute nightmare of a company with not one bit of sense. I have repeatedly asked for a refund because items where not in stock but have been charged for them. Was told multiple times items have already been sent 2 weeks later still waiting also no refund. Customer service team not a bit helpful might aswell talk to a brick wall and company contact number is useless to get through.
