HealthHosts have provided my wife's complementary therapy website for the last 5 years and given us good service. On that basis I chose HealthHosts for my own website. Over the last 3 weeks the set-up support has been excellent. The video tutorials enabled me to do 90% of the setup work, and Mike, Sue and Adam have provided real-time and email help with various queries from a "newbie to Word Press", including installing an additional plug-in (WP Simple Calendar) for me at no extra cost. Very very pleased with our latest website built by HealthHosts. It was a complexed site which has evolved over time, integrating many functions. The HH team have done an excellent job during the build and continue to support us whenever we need advice. Instructional videos on how to update site information and add new content has been very helpful and a great way to instruct our team on managing the site. Really happy with my new logo and website redesign. The process was speedy and actually enjoyable (I had been procrastinating!). Having been with Healthosts for over 10 years, it would never have crossed my mind to look elsewhere when it came to redesigning my site - the team have always been approachable, friendly and helpful. If I need assistance they are always quick to respond. They are also great at keeping up to date with online technological changes/ advances which I wouldn't have a clue about. They are like an extended part of my business and I always recommend them.

Worst company ever!

I built a stunning website. I created every page myself. I was so proud of it and everyone loved it.

Health Hosts were very rude, unprofessional and horrible people. I closed my account with them for this reason, but they did NOT inform me that I had to back up my website! So I lost what had taken me ages to create, but that I'd had up for a couple of years.

They couldn't have cared less.
I still have the tweets in my reference folder. No apology whatsoever!

Rude, unhelpful, poor software, late invoicing with invoices that don't even state what company the customer is paying.
