I have used HealthHosts now for many years. They provide a very professional and efficient web development and management services. Sue, Mike and Lorenzo always understand my needs easily and i feel i can communicate with ease especially as they developed and upgraded my website for me several times. I shall continue to use them for the forseeable future and highly recommend their services.

I have launched my first website with healthhosts this week. The site looks great. I am getting really positive feedback. It is functioning well. It loads quickly. It looks good on all devices. I chose healthhosts as they are a one stop shop to design/host/manage my website on an ongoing basis. I like the simplicity and consistency of building a relationship with one knowledgeable company, with real people to communicate with in real time when needed. The website set up process has been really easy with healthhosts - and I know nothing about websites. I basically filled in a set form with my choice of template, content and images etc and got a website back, which I then reviewed and asked for changes until I was happy. If you pay more, more help with design and content is available. I asked a lot of questions and they have been swiftly, courteously and fully answered on all occasions. I asked for a fair few changes and have always been granted full patience. I have been politely steered and advised away from a couple of unwise ideas that I had and I am glad they took the time and effort to do this! So far, I would highly recommend healthhosts and have done so already.

Can’t recommend this company enough.

I don't often write reviews, especially not negative ones but I'm afraid the service from HH recently, after being with them almost 10 years, in my opinion, justifies this one.

I had 2 sites built with HH in 2011/12 and initially it was great, the sites were fab. No complaints there.

However a few years later I needed help installing a pdf document and was told I'd gone over my 15min 'free assistance' for the month. I had barely asked for help in the few years so found this disappointing and surprising but just let it go.

However, when Covid hit we were forced to pivot really quickly and I contacted HH to ask if I, (not them), could install a WP-plug in to the site. A very simple job and I was assuming full responsibility. They said no and said they could do it for me at a cost of approx £180. The plugins take minutes to install.

This left a really bad taste that they were unable to help out and allow this simple request after spending almost £5000 over 9 years with them.

I wrote to say we would be moving to another provider and explained why. They immediately deleted the site and associated email so we lost everything.

I asked Mike about the email and said it wasn't clear we'd lose that and could he not have given us the chance to move it - his response was simply 'you said you were moving so we cancelled it'.

So that's how you treat a customer of 9 years.
Sad and very disappointing.

I gave 2 stars because the sites were great but the customer support is beyond awful.

We love the new website that the able HealthHosts web design team has created for us. They have a clear sense of taste, deliver a good system and are there to support you when you need them.

I am really pleased with my new website which has a lot more bells & whistles than my original site. I have been with the company 10 years and when my blog stopped working Mike offered me a free upgrade. I thought that was a really nice touch for a loyal customer. I have always found the service to at HealthHosts to be efficient and supportive of small business owners needs.

I am very happy with the help I have had from HealthHosts in setting up my seedling website, which I love and have had such good feedback about. Having the templates to choose from and clear video tutorials for each step, really helped to take the anxiety out of the process, as I really didn't have a clue where to start.
I always had a prompt reply from the team members to any of my queries and nothing was too much trouble.
Highly recommended.
