The booking itself was easy to do and with prompt results. I had an appointment a few hours later on the same day.
The clinician asked the relevant questions to do with my illness, gave explanations as to what they could mean. Very quickly the clinician decided I needed to be referred to a specialist. Within 30 minutes I had my referral form emailed to me, ready to move onto the next step.

The clinician was very knowledgeable, reassuring and listened to everything I needed to say, whilst asking additional questions in order to get a full picture of my medical needs.

I highly recommend this company because of how prompt they are, how professional they are and how k owledgeable they are.

So easy to make an appointment on line, by filling in a simple form.
So quick, an appointment was offered to me the next day.
Confirmation text was sent to me.
A reminder text was sent to me 15 mins before the consultation was due to start.

I have used this service on a few occasions over the years and have never been disappointed. The ease of booking online to see someone on the same day relieves the stress of waiting for call backs from your surgery & they have always been able to solve problems regardless of the issue. I have been able to get advice, referrals and a sick note plus communication with my own surgery enabling me to receive medication really quickly! Worth every penny in my opinion 😊

The best service is GP access 24/7. You can choose the time that is suitable to you and have an option of choosing the type of appointments.
Collection of prescription is highly convenient, you can go to any pharmacy.
Other claimable services are excellent too.

Really excellent service with brilliant patient care and support from doctors

From the initial call to the consultation the service and support cannot be faulted. I have used this service for prescriptions when you cannot get a doctors appointment for weeks and also for a fit note when my back pain was unbearable and again unable to get a doctors appointment. These are a lifeline when it is needed.

Brilliant as you can book an appointment for when it suits you, appointments available allday everyday mon-sun, it's fantastic especially when it's so hard to see your own GP. Only downfall even if you get free prescriptions on NHS you have to pay with these as it's private, but it's better to get yourself sorted than wait for your own GP

We now live in a 3rd world country, where you can't get a doctors appointment. So you have to use this great service but have to pay for the prescription ( im over 65) so it's private. So im paying twice.. lol. Ive paid my NI for over 45 years , laughable.

After trying to get a GP appointment and being told the soonest I could be seen was in 3 weeks, being able to get a video appointment and prescription within 24 hours was a godsend. At least I was able to start treatment for my issue while I wait to talk to my GP in 3 weeks.

Help when it’s needed! Reassuring that you can speak to a professional when you need to and get a prescription.
