Healthcare Pro were very efficient. Delivery was prompt, packaged well.
However the product, a
Reflect Pressure Care Cushion, does not perform as well as I hoped.
£50 is a lot to pay for a cushion that doesn't feel comfortable.

A well run course
A well run course. Information given relevant and concise.
Several members including myself asked a question and were told that the subject would be covered in a future session. This wasn't helpful and as I'm a teacher of adults myself this is a no-no. Answer question or give student info to read themselves and repeat at planned session is the better practice.

Staff as always were brilliant
Staff as always were brilliant. This was the first time i stayed overnight. The only complsint is the soundproofing of rooms is awful. You can hear other patients on their phones and televisions in other rooms.

Unfortunately having paid for next day delivery the product wasn't delivered on time - it arrived after 2 days. I was very happy with the product, it is just that it arrived a day later than it should.
