What went wrong was paid but never got product emailed them never got a replied poor customer service

Big Con absolutely rubbish!!!
Should have stuck with my gut instinct
If they really worked healthcare professionals would be prescribing them think about it mines gone in bin .
They should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered the larger patches as advertised but received the smaller ones. I didn’t even open the packets when I saw what they had sent me, despite their advertisement saying the smaller patches were a waste of time, and emailed them for a replacement or refund. They asked me for proof of delivery which I sent and also photos showing unopened packets. Despite that they did not reply further. I emailed another company showing on their packaging SERVICE@HORIZONGLOBALUS and despite their advert promising a money back guarantee they said because of the nature of the product they could not accept returns or refund as the product didn’t work for everyone. After several emails I eventually managed to get a 40% refund which I reluctantly accepted. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

We have used the Healrize's Moringa Berberine + NAD+ 10 in 1 patches for over 3 weeks and have not seen any results. They just don't work!!! Now they have actually agreed in their new ads that the smaller (original) patches (like the ones we purchased, weren't strong enough. New patches are about 4 times original size with more medication. Can't seem to get in touch with them to either replace ours with new ones (10 boxes) or refund my money.

I have received my order today.
It states on the box that it contains 7 patches but in fact it contains only one, so be careful.
Clearly iv been conned.
I should have known better, so this has been a total waste of my good money, false information online and on packaging

I have used them for several weeks.
All I can say is don't bother.
They are useless.

Have tried for seven days not one ounce lost, I ordered the larger size and they sent small ones again. Also having allergic reaction to patches. NO information on packs on how to send back and get a refund. NO information included as to who they are.

Purchased my first lot of Moringa,Berberine Nad patches a month or so back.Been using from day 1.
Found that these small ones aren't that good so re ordered the big patches as advertised.Just received them and they are the small patches again.Please send me the big patches as ordered.

Ce sont des menteurs et des escrocs . Ils prétendent vendre des grands patchs efficaces pour maigrir c’est faux ça ne marche pas et l’adhésif du patch crée des allergies . Ils disent que si on n’est pas satisfait ils remboursent l’achat c’est faux , ils refusent sous de faux prétextes . Ils disent que ils ont l’avis favorables desBPF C’EST FAUX . Leur pratique est opaque , les produits viennent de Chine et sans contrôle de qualité. L’avis des pharmaciens n’est pas cautionnés c’est faux . En plus les patchs reçus sont des petits patchs plats , de moins de 4 cm et d’un vieux stock c’est 100% de l’ARNAQUE

This company under the guise of different names fraudulently use companies such as Boots to endorse this product. Boots have never endorsed this product and will not even sell it! The same goes for St Thomas’ Hospital that they make out endorses it. It’s all done with AI making it look like real staff and doctors.

I purchased the healrize patches advertised on YouTube. The patches were completely different to what was being advertised; they were small square patches as opposed the large round ones advertised. They weren't made in Australia as claimed, they were made in America and shipped from China. They left burn marks on my skin and left me feeling very ill. They also charged an extra $20 without explanation! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

These are not good I used the 3 month every day and did not lose one once of weight I think there a waisted of money dont buy this profuct
