Wish there was a 0 on trust pilot as HorizonGlobalus don't deserve even a 1.
After ordering the price shown, recieved an email showing a lot higher & actual price charged. I immediately emailed the company using thier email link, with my concerns. Not just over the price but also discovered the advert was fake!
All emails sent have been ignored!
I immediately contacted Paypal today to raise a dispute.
I enquired at Boots instore & was told, I would have to contact the seller! As the advert is 100% fake & Boots have had many complaints concerning this company as well as other companies, claiming Boots endorsements.
Adverts are AI generated!
Feel an absolute idiot for not checking this company out more!
Even thought i have contacted the company by email twice & PayPal dispute opened before shipping, they have completely ignored all communications & have just now sent me an email saying the order is on its way with UPS.
I will be sending it back & continent my dispute with PayPal intervention. I'm not going out of pocket for a fake advertisement & return postage.
Please everyone do not trust any adverts claiming Boots endorsement!

This company is claiming they have 19,544 genuine reviews on Trust Pilot of 4.9 stars. Another company trying to con people who trust Trust pilot.

Do not purchase anything from this seller, it’s a fraudulent scam, I’ve been charged £92 over £50 over the original purchase amount. They never reply to emails despite emailing multiple times.

This is a scam - Boots is a British company and have stopped these ads going out. Somehow they return using the Boots Company name fraudulently. It is an American Company. Do not be fooled.

I sincerely wish I had read the reviews on this page before I decided to order some weight loss patches because again I have been scammed. I ordered 4 boxes of patches £36.95 with postage I was charged £48.52 not a word from them I only saw it on my bank statement so I questioned it with the bank it was then I realised where the money had gone. They use an English company to import their goods and they put the charge on. I have made a report with my bank and will be reporting the matter to Action Fraud because when I emailed them they just said it is an handling fee. Do Not Deal with this company they are scammers though I did receive the patches they are not as big as shown in the advert and the micro needles must be extremely small because I don't see any. THAY ARE SCAMMERS

I would give this company no stars but I can’t as I want to leave this negative review. I have been scammed by them, just like the other reviewers. I ordered 10 boxes, buy 5 and get 5 free. The cost was £58.98 by using PayPal. The images and description of the patches were nothing like the ones I received. They were not from the UK but the USA and probably manufactured in China. They took 2 weeks to arrive and went through Customs. The patches are so small compared to their larger images on their website. They do not have any micro needle holes on the circular part that adheres to the skin. They appear to just be bits of plain sticky, little circles of paper. They do not work and I am furious with this company. I have sent many emails and received no response whatsoever. I just wish that I had read these other negative reviews before ordering. I will have to do a chargeback with my Bank. I wish these type of websites could be banned from operating. This experience has left me shaken and disappointed.

The fact that they splash the Boots logo all over their advertising when they have nothing to do with Boots tells you everything you need to know.

Ordered the product and company took my money but no product delivered.
Sent loads of emails requesting a refund but no reply.
My advice is stay away from this company.

Was very disappointed with my order patches where smaller than advertised.tried to cancel my order but by the time they replied they said it was to late was shipped out 2weeks later got my order. sent email after email but no response from them.be careful read all reviews wouldn't recommend.

I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. My order came to £24.96 + £4.99 = £29.95. That went through PayPal OK. Then they tried to charge another £62. ?? Over £92 in total. Thankfully my bank rejected the £62.?? Charge and my banks fraud department called me. Why do they get away with putting a Trust Pilot 4.9 star rating which is clearly fake. Looks like there will be no weight loss on this product. I will be demanding my money back. I paid on credit card and will be hoping they will help me get my money back. I HATE SCAMMERS AND FRAUDSTERS. AVOID AT ALL COST.

OH NO! NOW THEY HAVE MANAGED TO TAKE THE £62.97 AS A DIRECT DEBIT ON MY CURRENT ACCOUNT!!

The product I brought from this company, patches for weightloss, are completely unlike those shown in their advertisement. They sent me six weeks supply to lose 6stone. I have used half of them to nil effect other than what I would have lost on my restricted diet anyway. They are to be avoided at all costs and no way should have anything but a one star on Trustpilot as all the reviews show a one star only.

I ordered the slimming patches and stayed refunds up to 180 day,I have emailed them about 10 times to ask for refund as the patches I had a reaction to I got blisters under them,but they have not replied about my refund,they ask for details of order on the 17 sent that and still nothing,so would not rate for there customer service or refund poly

Firstly, very bad, awful, experience. This company is not in the UK. They are in the USA. They are fake. They are thieves. They are evil to human beings. Selling rubbish products and charging shipping. Poor communication. Please never buy anything from them.

I purchased some slim patches, they took a while to arrive, on opening the package was extremely disappointed with the size of the patch, so small that they wouldn’t be capable of doing anything, I was charged postage, which had stated free postage, I have contacted them several times, without getting the response I wanted ?
I want my postage returned & I also I wish to return 9 packs of unopened boxes. They also state if you’re not 100% satisfied they will give you a full refund ??

Please do NOT purchase from this company !!They are a total rip off!
The receipt they sent me was for £43.95
but they actually took £ 52.74 out of my account. As previously mentioned in another review by someone else, when I queried this they asked for proof, which I sent immediately.
I've sent several emails since, trying to get a reply, but these have all been ignored.
I am now also led to believe that the patches I received are actually the fake ones.
BUYER BEWARE !!! 😡😡😡
