Informacje dotyczące firmy
Napisane przez firmę
Since 2002, we’ve been providing short term spot and contingent staffing to public and private health and care providers, helping keep services running for patients and communities with on-framework, sustainable and compliant staffing. Working with our sister brands HCRG Staffing and Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, our mission is to be the first call for sustainable workforce solutions to the NHS and private sector and be the go-to provider for high acquity care and outsourced services across the acute, community and mental health sectors. Through our five branches across the United Kingdom, we’ve placed candidates at more than 450 employers over the last 12 months – and they keep coming back. In fact, we’re the second largest provider of health and care staffing in the country and are listed on every major NHS staffing framework meaning it’s easy (and cost effective) to work with us. Our clients like us because we understand the challenges they face and because we’re in it for the long term. Our candidates like us because we provide them with access to the right roles, at the right time again and again. After all, our group delivers more than 5 million hours of health and care services every year too – so we know what it takes, and we’re here for the journey.

Excellent and efficient
I know Kay before my actual job. Since Nov 2020 I have kept a close professional contact with her and she was very efficient in solving all my inquiries. She is helping me with my timesheets, finding me accommodation and responding very promptly to all my inquiries. She was able to motivate me to leave my job in Scarborough and I am happy for this change. She is very professional and in the same time she is a warm and kind person. HCL Workforce has a great team and professionals!

Delayed payment

Odpowiedź od Hcrgworkforce
Hi Kamal,
Thanks for taking the time to review our service.
I completely appreciate how frustrating delayed payment can be. However, we are unable to process timesheets which aren’t approved by the trust. I’d urge you to ensure that timesheets are completed and submitted to the trust on time to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
I’d like to thank you again for choosing HCL Doctors. If you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to contact your recruitment consultant.
Best regards, Terence

Avoid HCL if you are paeds
I work in paediatrics. HCL books me in just into one trust. I do not get any emails with any other shifts. The guy who books my locums was trying to force me to work shifts I didn't want to do and wanted to cut my rates.

Highly recommended locum agency
I have been working with HCL doctors for many years. Very helpful and supportive staff.
No day without a job, unless the locum chooses to. Honest and clear confirmation, getting the support as and when needed, including the excellent appraisal system; MEDSU.
I would love to continue working with HCL and would recommend it to colleagues.
