I ordered a pair of Maison Miharas in 2023 which have been worn twice since as I was abroad and did not bring them with me. The paint is peeling off the front of the shoes meaning the product is likely faulty and under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 they are liable to help if a product is faulty for up to 6 years after purchase. Jayce from customer service was incredibly unfriendly and refused to assist as they 'do not offer returns past 7 days' and refused to connect me with their legal team who will likely be more familiar with the act. I didnt even request a refund but asked what options they have in this case, repair could be one of them. I'd avoid shopping here and either shop directly with the brand or with UK based retailers.

Excellent customer service for an after-service product repair. I bought an item 4 years ago but the team was still willing to assist and line me up with the original brand’s repair service. Great communication, clear instructions, easy payment process. Thanks Ayaka for your amazing support.

I have been on the hunt for a pair of lichtbrown suede tabi western boots from Margiela. The ones in my size are never on sale (38) and cost close to $2000. I found a pair at HBX (size 39) for $660! I couldnt believe it, last pair too. So I ordered them last tuesday night. Order went through. Then I started to read the reviews on Trustpilot and became worried. However when I woke up I had a fedex tracking number assigned to the package. I kid you not but my package arrived on thursday late morning from Hong Kong to Washington DC. Not even 48 hours! The package was intact. I have 6 pairs of various Margiela tabis including the western cowboy in black. Box was authentic as are the boots. Spotless! Im really impressed with the price, selection and speed of free shipping. I would order from them again. Very very satisfied. I wish I could post photos. The 39 fit fine!

They send the wrong size of pants and then refuse to exchange them because they’re on sale. Ok, AGAIN, they sent the wrong size but still refuse to exchange them. Never shop here ever, EVER!!!!

EDIT: They will respond with some lie under here that it is not so. I wrote above just as it was. How stingy you can be as a store to not just admit that you made a mistake and then just fix it is beyond my understanding. Had you had business in Sweden, you would have gone bankrupt. Just don't shop here!

I ordered Adidas shoes that were on sale for 50% off and was charged a $32 shipping fee. Yikes. I was a little hesitant to proceed, but even with the high shipping costs they were a lot cheaper than anywhere else. I was so relieved to receive the shoes 3 days later. Great price and great service!

Because I will go to a trip soon, HBX send the package before I leave, very fast on time !!!

I have purchased from your store many times. This is the first time I have encountered such poor shipping efficiency. The HBX app cannot find any package information. It has been three days. The shipping status only shows "Flight Arrival" and no customs clearance arrangements have been made. Too bad

I got a refund but I haven't recieved the money yet. And it has now been 7 days since the refund was made.

Edit to address the ridiculous response that I received from the merchant: all you have to do is refund the money and the PayPal claim automatically closes. Contact PayPal and ask them. You have now had the returned item for almost a month. You are literally doing anything and everything that you can to prevent me from receiving the refund that I am entitled to. You’re a pack of crooks.

Absolutely awful and completely dishonest customer service. Moreover, they refuse to honor returns - I’ve waited for 10 business days and still nothing. Further, they are now purposefully playing games with my time and money by pretending like I’m contacting them for reasons other than a refund, when I’ve made it abundantly clear in multiple emails that all I’m looking for is the refund owed to me. Then, after I filed a PayPal claim, they said they’d only refund me if I closed the claim (which is one of the oldest scams in the book - get the customer to close the claim so that the customer cannot re-file and then never refund them). HBX is truly a scummy business; AVOID! In my opinion, they are scammers.
