Great products and delivery!
Really pleased with this company, I managed to order stuff from them I couldn't find elsewhere. Also, I ordered 19th Dec at 23:30 and my order arrived on 24th Dec! I was really pleased as I didn't think it'd arrive until after Christmas. The order arrived well packaged too.

Rik at Hey Pigs has been excellent and understanding even after i got frustrated with a oversight with my order.

Rik's communication skills have been impeccable and he quickly resolved the issue i had.
I hold my hands up and i apologise for getting frustrated with my order, and im very grateful to Rik/Hey Pigs for what they have done.

I've bought two subscription boxes from HayPigs so far, both have come with a bonus item, a cute little card and lots of treats for my guinea pigs. I can't recommend them enough. Fair pricing and really lovely people!

Absolutely brilliant company and delivery is so fast, I’m not entirely confident they don’t have an army of specially trained ninja guinea pigs processing orders and driving specially adapted delivery vehicles 🤣

I one hundred percent approve and, these ninja guinea pigs probably need more orders to fulfil, so what are you waiting for!

Rik from HayPigs.com has been extremely helpful in resolving an unusual issue with a damaged in transit situation. He arranged for an instant replacement and was extremely lovely about it all. He shared a kindness for our rabbits by passing on his well wishes to our rabbits,which was lovely! This personal approach and heartfelt caring for our rabbits really came across. Lovely company - highly recommended 🤗🐇🐇

I was grateful for the feedback and help given with my new young guineapig with a problem with mites. Having had many piggies in the past I was grateful when Rik helped confirm my intuition about how to proceed with Spot On treatment, little one now clear and happy.
I also used their Nordic bedding litter, as well as a little hay and lots of long green grass and wild herbs from the garden.

Great website! They sell a variety of products for guinea pigs and rabbits - some are unique to their site, like their piggy nom-noms - always a hit with my 3 rabbits.
The products are brilliant, often handmade with top ingredients and the site definitely emphasises animal care/enrichment, but also fun, which, for me, sets them apart.

I can definitely highly recommend this site and I will be a returning customer for many years to come, especially for the piggy nom-noms.
