Die Qualität der Produkte von Hawk and Bull ist milde gesagt enttäuschend. Die Versprechen sind groß, die Artikel mangelhaft verarbeitet, wirken billig und halten nicht annähernd, was sie versprechen. Dafür sind die Preise völlig überzogen – man zahlt für einen Namen, nicht für echte Wertigkeit.

We ordered the leather jacket. It arrived and was of poor quality. Looked like cheap leather that had not been properly dyed. Now their website is down and emails bounce back. Buyer beware. This is a scam

Very happy with the jacket. Quality is excellent and sizing was perfect. I am large 18.5st. Other jackets were either tight across shoulders or chest, this fitted perfectly. For around £150 the value is superb. Delivery and updates on progress very impressive. Would definitely use Hawk & Bull again.

Excellent communication regarding the leather jacket I ordered. The jacket is excellent quality and a perfect fit. Well worth the price. I’m extremely pleased. Would highly recommend.

The quality just isn’t there for what you pay for. The sewing on the buttons is poor, one button has come undone and I’ve had it for 2-3 months. I wouldn’t recommend buying from here.

Had a really good customer service experience with the company employees. I had to return the jacket (top quality) due to some Size and fit problems and Response from the service team and the refund were very fast compared to other firms. Overall I am very happy with the purchase and had a hassle free experience. Highly recommended.

The jacket arrived today it's very small more medium than xl. Looks nothing like the picture in fact it's a totally different colour. If something is too good to be true it usually is. Plus side very quick delivery. Don't waste your money

They sent the coat to the wrong address, so I had to drive miles to get it.

Then when I asked by email how I might exchange it for a smaller size, I never heard from them again.

A company that just wants your money. When they have that, you're on your own. I'm £159 out of pocket.

Be warned.

Update 19/3/25:

Finally got a reply. I think they're having a laugh. They initially sent the coat to the wrong address. I had to drive miles, at my own expense, to retrieve it. Now, to exchange it for a smaller size, they want me, again at my own expense, to post it back!

Some people might say that it's time Hawk and Bull did something AT THEIR EXPENSE. You know, by way of recompense for the money I'm out because they couldn't be bothered to get the delivery address correct.

As I've already said, with this crowd it's all about the money. They've now got 159 quid of mine, and, boy, they're not letting go.

Never again. If I could give zero stars I would.

Range of jackets huge, quality much better than competitors and prices great value. Was kept up to date with every step of the order, communication excellent.

The jacket is still to tight I like to wear a jumper underneath don’t like the straps on the cuffs and the fur looks so fake it isn’t as worm as real fur I wore it twice it’s the wardrobe wouldn’t buy another one it came all rinkeled up took ages for them to go

Very well made clothing - great quality product

Contact form the outset was fantastic. Made sure size and fit would be correct.
Quality of product however is very poor. I took a chance ordering online and I've paid the price for it. I would never use this company again.
