I ordered 2 coats for my husband for his bday. One coat fit okay, a little snug but the quality of leather, it will give and fit perfectly. The 2nd jacket was waaay to small. They definitely shipped the wrong size. When I contacted back they allowed the return but only at my expense. I was reluctant because it was their error but my husband really liked the jacket so I sent it back. I was so irritated with the experience because my husbands bday had now passed and he had a jacket that didn’t fit. Ahmed was very hands on for the entire exchange experience. He assured me every measure would be taken to make sure it was a good fit this time. He even helped me gather measurements to make sure the jacket fit. They did ship the jacket although it took a little more time than I thought it would, but less time than if it was coming from across the pond if that makes sense. Anywho…the coat and jacket was absolutely worth the money. The leather is soft and breathable, the fur is full and the sheeps skin or whatever the lining is, is thick. My husband loves loves loves them! Now I am about to order me a jacket lol. Great quality. Good customer service. Fast shipping. Recommended.

They really helped me with size and made sure I ordered the right fit for my body and when my item was shipped and delivered I put it on and it fit just right! I will order from this company again!

Extremely fine motorcycle jacket. Do order one size up. I am a 46-48” chest, but I ordered a XL jacket and it is beginning to mold to my body. As a motorcycle jacket it is a snug fit, but the double zipper is great. If I am wearing it alone, I use one of the zippers and it yields a trim fit. If I use the other zipper, I can wear my body armor or hoodie under the jacket.

Excellent Customer Service and Product

I ordered a linen white three piece suit and it arrived as promised. The suit is very well made and the sizing for the blazer and vest were perfect. The pants however were too small, so I contacted Hawk and Bull via email and Ahmed was very responsive, professional and polite. We went over the measurements and he had another pair of pants made and shipped to me promptly. I received the revised pants in a fair amount of time and the fit was perfect.
Ahmed advised me to return the original pair of pants after I received the replacement pair and he refunded me the shipping cost for the return.

I can’t sing the praises enough for this company. I will definitely be purchasing more items from them. You can’t go wrong because the quality, fit and customer service are all excellent.

The coat I ordered is absolutely perfect; I'm very happy with it.
I had to contact them as I had made an error with the shipping address. Ahmed responded within the hour (no 24hr waits) and took care of my request.
Also, the time from order to despatch and delivery was superfast.

I would definitely shop with them again!

The jacket was great, it arrived on time, and so was the service, but more on the service. The website kinda bugged out when I ordered so I couldn't track the jacket on the website. Panicked, I reached out to the company with their email, and they not only reassured me they had it, I just had to provide a screenshot of an email showing that I bought it, they gave me the tracking number on FedEx. The person running the email was very kind and very calm even when I panicked and kept communication with me, and I very much appreciate it as someone with an anxiety disorder. 10/10 would recommend. My one complaint is the website, but that's easily made up by their handling of the situation.

Excellent service, good communication throughout.

The jacket is good quality, however it’s supposed to be a dark brown but is actually quite reddish, I’m not that keen on the colour.
The worst problem however is I chose Hawk & Bull because they offered an XXS, the salesperson advised I went for an XS and was confident it would be a better fit based on my measurements ( their website suggested an XXS )it is far too big, the sleeves are about 60-70mm too long.
I’m hoping I can get this exchanged without too much trouble.

Perfect "Blade Movie Coat"

The quality of the leather, detail and stitching are flawless.

The red lining really pops in contrast with the black leather and the quality of both is excellent.

The lengths (no pun intended) that Ahmed and the team went to ensuring that I got the correct measurements sent to them and sized up with the item prior to processing meant that it fit perfectly straight out of the box. When you buy from them, take the time to get these sent accurately and H&B will ensure you get the right coat.

Being quite short it is often difficult to purchase long items of clothing with even the sleeves often needing adjusting or turned up but this is one of the best fitting coats I have ever owned despite never having tried it on until it was paid for and delivered. The pre-sale attention to detail by their team is top tier.

when I received the jacket, I’m sorry to say I was very disappointed - I wanted a snug tight fitting light leather motorcycle jacket for the Summer - what I got is a too large very boxy cut and very long jacket- maybe individual jackets differ, but on the one I got, the “distressing” looks more like misapplied dye than aging, and gives the jacket a very brown cast - the leather looks cheap (more like leatherette), and the bright gold zippers are jarring for a jacket that is meant to look aged - worst, as I feared, it is too big - I ordered a small (I am a 39 chest) - They recommended that I get a large, which would have been enormous on me - as it is, and based on their recommendation, I went up to a medium; however even the medium is too big - much too roomy in the chest and back, boxy sleeves, too big in the waist, and too long - I am very dissatisfied with this product, and would not recommend this product or this vendor.
*Note: as soon as the vendor saw my review, they emailed me to return the jacket BUT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY THE SHIPPING! They then tried to blame me for them talking me out of the size I originally wanted - so add very poor customer service as another reason not to do business with this vendor!

I bought this leather jacket for riding my motorcycle, the pictures looked great, but I really wasn’t sure what to expect. Once I placed the order, I had immediate buyers remorse because it felt like I had made a mistake, after about two days, I hadn’t received a tracking number yet and I was convinced that I had been scammed. I even initiated a dispute through my card company, but then lo and behold a tracking number arrived, I confirmed it was real on the FedEx website, and a gorgeous leather jacket was delivered, early no less. The jacket is actually as nice as it looked in the pictures, it’s a perfect fit, I’m 5’8, 160 pounds and quite fit, and I’ve been riding with this jacket on for two days straight. Very comfortable, i’ve gotten about 10 compliments on the jacket already. Very good quality, I’m super impressed.

I bought a cheap jacket from a Canadian company shipping from Pakistan! Wasn’t expecting much, to then receive a very high quality jacket, well made, I’m 5’9”, 45” chest fit on an XL is like it was Taylor made! My experience of Hawk and Bull has been excellent - their business model is pretty unique and takes a bit of getting used to regarding a kind of made to measure approach by making sure measurements are correct before going ahead with order. But if you have faith and give them the correct measurements you will be delighted with the outcome. My jacket is the perfect fit and looks great....
