Scammers. I never signed up to anything yet they set up an illegal direct debit and stole my money. I have a very busy life and didn't notice them taking £25 a month for 6 months. Well now ive realized and reported them but thanks to this disgraceful company I now have had to cancel bank card and have no access to my account all weekend. Plus the inconvenience of an hour long phone call to the bank to sort this out. Blocked from taking another penny. I hope Karma gets these crooks and they're shut down or a more intelligent scammer scams them and leaves them penniless. Avoid like the plague.

I entered my bank details but didn't proceed, so deleted them and left the page. I then Googled the company and saw the link to the reviews. How glad, and relieved, I was that I didn't proceed. I'll check my account online just in case. Looks like a bunch of crooks, con artists and scammers.

this is a scam i had to cancel my debit card today as they tried to steal money from my card around £15, yesterday i did a search for a phone number because i really need to find out information so they charged around 70p and today they tried to steal 15 pounds and i didn't make any contracts with this site per month Hawiyyah untrusted site

Thieves and scallywags, beware the 'recurring payment', DON'T touch them with a very long barge pole - you will regret it!

You are not told they are going to charge you and then they take money every month till you stop it. One big scam

These are awful scammers. I never realised I had subscribed to them and they took money from my bank each month. Blocked payments as soon as I discovered it. I have asked for a refund but not hopeful. Always check your statements and unsubscribe from anything you don't use.

This is a scam. I used them to locate a person phone number and NEVER got an answer. I paid the fees and later I found out that they billed my credit card monthly for extra 2 months. Stay away from them

This company is a scam. I used their services once and was thereafter charged monthly by DD which I did not sign up for. If zero stars were available i would still think this too many.

Do not use this web site. I only use it once paid US $2.99 in Nov last year. I put adispute on my Visa and in three days time I got my chargeback for US $41.33. I thought it is over but just check my credit card has been debited every month again. Have to cancel my Visa card.

Do Not Do Anything with this outfit, they just take a very little from your account, (Just 70p for the first one then £22.00 for the second and so on), that you may not notice small amounts and so it continues every month, thankfully I have got account security on the issue, so that the account is shut down and a refund coming through. Check your bank statements for this name and take action!!!

I joined this site , need to trace a usa phone no etc.
Unfortunately i didnt read reviews before hand .
Gave my bank card details and they took out 19.25 usd
Equiv $30.03 NZ dollars.
They refunded $30.02 nz
BAL of $1.47 not refunded . Have advised bank , and credit card changed .
They dont add their name etc to their emails which is very suspect ..
Haven't answered my follow up email asking balance to be refunded.

Ok peeps, apologies as it's now Wednesday not Monday as I had said I'd post an update. Well it happened, in the wee hours of this Wednesday morning..... I got my money refunded, All of it $58.36
SO....go onto their website and submit for a refund, they will give your money back. It worked for me!
BTW, these guys are a search platform, so if you search out a name, phone number or address it's going to cost you $29.18, that's why they take our money, I did 2 searches hence the cost.

I'm not sure what the company is or What they actually do? Yet, they've been trying to take little amounts of money from my bank accounts and then they are quiet and then they'll take a lot of your money!! They just keep trying to get hold of your cards details and then even if you cancel the card, they just keep trying to from the other cards, rolling over to each new card you get!! Best to do is Report As Fraud To Visa Through Your Bank and Make sure that Scum like this have to work and not just take off the people who are trying to get by!! Can't give it 0 stars or even-5!! DON'T GIVE OUT Your Bank Details!!!!

I don't think they are so much crooks as they are incompetent and disorganized, left hand right hand etc. The other problem is that English isn't their first language so this adds to the confusion.

My understanding is they offer a one day trial of their services for a few pence as an enticement and if you don't cancel within the day they then take the FULL amount which is a lot more, around £36 but this is not clearly explained, that's why they are getting so many complaints here!
