I made a search costing less than a dollar using their database - with no results. I did not realise this had signed me up to a monthly subscription of $68 a month. They have taken 219 pound altogether and no chance of getting any of it back Hawiyyah are a scam and should be closed down.

I was signed up for a subscription that I did not agree too. I tried to call but it was constantly busy so o couldn't reach thrm . This is a scam

Am not using the service and need to unsubscribe, but not sure how and cancel payment pending on my account

Same thing, I got charged £66.6 for 4 months before i realised they were stealing my money. I am now trying to claim back from my bank (Nationwide). I paid for a contact for £0.6 initially in nov 2025. And it is now feb 2026.

DO NOT use this website for UK telephone enquiries. You have to create an account to see the results, for which it charges you 70p for no results, but ALSO charges you £66.07 per month for the service unless you cancel you account within the "free" period of 1 day. This condition is in the really small print. I must admit I didn't read the small print until it was too late and saw the first monthly charge on my bank statement one day later.

Total Scammers - I found them through a link on LinkedIn

I paid the trial fee of 71p for a completely useless report, which might as well have been for Big Ears!!

I immediately cancelled my account, and removed their tacky link - unfortunately they had retained my card details, on which I had agreed to pay them £14.83 per month.

They then proceeded to charge my card £89.47 the next day!

The next month I was contacted by the fraud team at my bank, who noticed a suspicious payment of around £68 on my account.

That was stopped and reversed, however they are still trying to recover the original amount 0f £89.47.

Don't ever be tempted to deal with them!

I accidentally subscribed to hawyyah not knowing they were going to keep charging me i ant to unscribe asap

Said they would di 1 search.Nothing. Then charged me $73 for nothing

Total scammers, charged me 0.79p, for information they did not have in their database, then tried to debit over £90.00 from my account, TOTAL SCAM, avoid like the plague

I put the target phone number in it ran a check told me the had vital information so I paid up to reveal then told me they had nothing wrote a angry email & was refunded. Think it only works for spam and scam callers.

For the passed 6 months or more I have been getting unauthorized charges of $29.99. I have done everything to getting an app to help me but HAWIYYAH get some collection to get the $29.99 for them. I'm to the point of closing my bank account. HAWIYYAH make it impossible to cancel or even get a hold of someone. Let you hang on the phone forever. There's no way I have found to stop HAWIYYAH and I like my bank. I ordered one thing from HAWIYYAH, and I never got it.

Total scam , found out they are taken £15-16 every month for over 3 years - I do t check online since paper statements stopped - my bad

This company is a total fraud. Don't ever use it. You'll lose your money. only way to get out is to cancel your card!!

This company once they have your card number, THEY DO NOT STOP TAKING MONEY - SCAM - I had to cancel the card in the end to stop them. No answer to emails and phone calls go to message bank with no reply - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Absolute scam. They have linked to Whitepages NZ and charged $1.60 to look up a phone number but never did.

My experience was terrible have taken money out of my credit card without authorization I had a message to say they were paying the money back but has not happened I have had my card details changed can not be trusted

A total Scam 4 times they've tried to take money from my credit card unauthorised
The Fraud Squad are stopping the payments going through to them they've had to block my credit card 4 times now and issue with a new card with totally different numbers and security number
But they still are trying even though I have a new card again but the Fraud Squad are stopping them taking the money

Absolute scam they took money from my account without me authorising it. These guys should get locked up!!@!!!!!
