They are a scam company. They even scam delivery dates and everything! They have “pat” replies from Edna, Violet, Lele, Linda (all fake names for Nigerian clerks) to buy time in hopes you give up! They have phony truck routing and tracking websites, the whole shebang! If someone received a scabby pair of boots I assure you it had nothing to do with their order. They have no intention of refunding your money or sending you what is pictured and ordered. How they stay in business is a blight to businesses everywhere!

Now you are reporting that the package has been lost and you are requesting claiming compensation, but we cannot claim compensation from the courier for the package that has been signed for.

We can only provide you with a partial refund at this time, although this is not our responsibility and we have incurred significant losses as a result.

I'm sorry this happened, after checking with the courier we can confirm that your order has been successfully delivered. If you still cannot find your package, it is likely that your package has been lost. We are very sorry for this. We are willing to arrange a 60% refund for you as compensation.

This is a completely SCAM, I order GBP 49 goods in Oct 22, but the things had never been delivered (They lie things had been delivered in early Dec 2022!!!), Trying to contact them for refund in early Jan 23, they made a small part refunded after 2 weeks, and I started chasing for the remaining refund since then, and they keep on having different CS telling me refund had been processed and will take few weeks to come / my bank account has issues that ask me to check / they are checking with their finance team repeatedly!!

Don't order, u won't get your goods, they sent me a cheap ring instead, upon complaining, promised to resend goods, but didn't, then refund mess around, never received the refund after months of emailing. Absolute Scam, Terrible customer service. Order number HAUSAD#10834

Has anyone been able to accurate contact info for this SCAM company?

Wish i read these reviews before I ordered anything. Lost 68.00 my credit card told me to try to contact them. I was unsuccessful the several times I tried so Im out 68 dollars. I tried to buy winter boits and dresses. All i got was a ring. Their customer service person sent an email saying they closed down the review of my complaint. Never buy anything from these scammers

I have been dealing with this so called company since January of 2023. Never received my merchandise, and was given every excuse in the book! Now my merchandise is leaving the sorting facility!! What a bunch of BS! This company is definitely a scam. Angry at myself for being so gullible & ordering $40 plus from a company that doesn’t exist!

Don't waste your money! I've placed my orders and they know it and I get so tired everyone wants your money but they don't want to give you for your money. Don't spend your money because you won't get anything for it.

Scam scam scam DO NOT EVER ORDER anything from this company. You order a coat boots any type of clothing and you end up with a piece of jewelry you didn't order. TERRIBLE.

Bonjour à toutes et tous... Comme vous tous, j'ai fait cette "amère" expérience de commander des articles sur ce site. Le montant de mon préjudice n'est pas, en soit, d'une importance vitale,... mais cette somme d'argent (à 2 chiffres), au regard de la conjoncture actuelle, n'en restait pas moins utilisable à mon gré, pour autre chose, si je l'avais conservée.
Après ma commande, naturellement acquittée dès le début et restée sans effet, j'ai échangé aimablement à l'occasion de plusieurs mails avec le site qui a tenté de "noyer le poisson", mais surtout gagner du temps, comptant manifestement sur un quelconque "essoufflement" de ma part. Je leur en ai d'ailleurs fait part, mais rien y a fait dans leur posture... même le fait de les informer d'un prochain dépôt de plainte à leur encontre.
Connaissant très bien ces pratiques répréhensibles, comme à mon habitude, j'ai gardé absolument tous les documents, sans la moindre exception, allant de ma commande au dernier mail échangé (les textes intégraux avec traduction, les dates et heures), en passant par le n° de suivi de colis, les traces de transfert de paiement au niveau bancaire, les adresses mail,... etc... et élaboré d'initiative un historique complet.
Aujourd'hui, au terme d'un trimestre de tergiversations stériles de leur part, après lecture et informations issues du Code Pénal, je compte déposer une plainte en bonne et due forme pour escroquerie.
Sachant que la société mise en cause est située à l'étranger et se figure sans doute être à l'abri de toute poursuite (parce que les sommes récupérées, si minimes soient-elles individuellement parlant, leur assureraient de ne pas être inquiétée), considérant que la justice ne tiendrait, aux fins de poursuites, aucun compte de préjudices aussi "anecdotiques" (s'entend toujours individuellement parlant), je vous propose donc de créer un collectif pour rassembler toutes nos plaintes et autres griefs sous une seule et même affaire (qui démontre, en l'espèce, le caractère réfléchi, calculé et la volonté consciente de spolier des particuliers), affronter cette société "indélicate", créer un précédent, une jurisprudence, pour peser sur les agissements identiques présents et futurs qui pullulent sur le web.
Avec le soutien et la coopération de la présente plateforme bénéficiant d'un rayonnement très conséquent, faites-moi savoir par retour, si la démarche vous intéresse (sachez que plus la somme globale des préjudices individuels est importante et ferait possiblement apparaître un montant à 4 chiffres minimum, au vue du nombre de témoignages... plus nos demandes conjointes auront de poids, validant ainsi un gage de sérieux, devant l'Administration judiciaire).
Sur simple demande, je peux vous fournir tout renseignement intéressant à cette fin - ce que j'ai fait, personnellement - et… (c’est, là, mon petit côté "incorrigible") j'ai même poussé la réflexion de savoir ce qu'il serait possible de demander, si par bonheur une condamnation était prononcée à l'encontre de la société "mise en cause".

Yes indeed I learned the hard way - HAUSAD IS A SCAM - Never got my items, never got my money back. Told repeatedly lie after lie after lie. All their info is fake, the items they advertise, their supposed reputable shipment company, their promise to fully refund your money, and I could go on. Reported this to my credit card company now. This is what happens when one is naive and doesn’t check and verify first the company before making a purchase. Something I will do from now on no matter how legit it appears to be.

This is a scam. I took a chance and placed an order. I received a tracking number that now says its delivered. Needless to say no goods arrived. They don't reply to emails. I've started a dispute with my card issuer.

Yes, it's been almost three months, I have heard a permutation of excuses, the website is clearly stealing peoples hard earned money, its definitely a scam.

Order never received. Sent a fake ring and said order delivered. Said that was a gift and order would follow. Lots of tracking info sent but no parcel. They offered a partial refund, then withdrew the offer.

The only reason this store received one star is that there isn't a minus star. Did not receive my goods, even though they claim it has been delivered. Each time I contacted them to enquire to the whereabouts my order was, a different person responded.
This is a fraudulent site

Bad experience; They never sent the items to me. The tracking number disappeared and they started lying saying they sent the 98 items to my small mailbox at my mail center. I ask them for a scan shot of the items. They never could provide it
