To whom it may concern,

Purchased a mattress from HN Little Island store and paid the delivery and associated collection of old mattress and disposal fee. No issue with this at all, in fact staff were helpful knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Told us delivery company would contact to arrange delivery which they did.

The lads arrived on a wet morning and asked where to put the mattress. We have a white carpet in the bedroom, so asked them to cover their work boots, or remove them, understandably they said H&S prevented them from removing them and wasn't up to them to cover the boots. They watched me drag the old mattress off the bed (downstairs bedroom), into the hall no mean feat, and then took it to the van and dropped the new one in the hall.

For something simple -foot covers to ruin the last mile experience is surely a regrettable neglect of attention to detail not by the drivers but by those employing their services. How could a large multinational ignore such basic customer requirements. I would advise others to think carefully before paying for a delivery that will leave them with a poor experience, I will be shopping elsewhere in future as this basic oversight is worrying and frustrating.

When I walked into collect my dehumidifier, I was greeted and helped right away. The girl who got it for me carried it like it was 2lbs. So strong and very kindly walked it to my car. Really great service.

Donal was very helpful and attentive. The packaging was very good, which cannot be underestimated for fragile items. Not all companies do it that well. Good value for money.

Shon, working in little island, was a very knowledgeable and friendly assistant this morning.

I purcase a DJI Mini 5 pro online to collect in the shop. It is my first drone and I received a good information about the drone regulation in Ireland.
I am would say the seler is very commited with thers curtomers.

When purchasing my appliance the sales person took all their time to explain the technical sides of the product which was helpful. Answered all of my questions ans very friendly. The delivery was swift and accommodating. They installed the appliance, helped with questions and cleaned after themselves. I have never have had a negative experience with any aspect with dealing with Harvey Norman shop or staff and their products is A quality. Thanks for keeping up the standards. You got my vote. :)

Jordan O'Callahan Harvey Norman Little Island Cork was incredible helpful when I was purchasing a TV and wall bracket and even gave me a great deal on both. He brought me straight up to the till, made the whole process quick and easy, and then carried everything out to my car for me.
The service was excellent and genuinely made my day. I would highly recommend Harvey Norman. I've never been disappointed with anything I've bought here and the customer service is always top Class!

5 weeks waiting for delivery. Box seal was broken when arrived. Did i get a display item???. I paid for a new one. Never shopping online with Harvey Norman again

The sales assistant was very nice and very helpful. The lady at the delivery desk was lovely but the two people working at the delivery dock were rude

The delivery men were very nice and helpful.
I would definitely recommend ordering online rather than in store as we had been in store and we’re told we’d have to wait 6 to 8 weeks for our bed and ordering it online it was here within a week

The opening hours for this pick up warehouse are not as per the website , 6pm on the website and closed at 4.30 posted on the door , wasted trip in the rain before I collected the item on the following day from friendly staff ,
