Clearly misleading with fake reviews. Loads of 5 star reviews from people who havent even got their cap. Avoid ! Trust pilot are no longer to be trusted if they keep allowing this to happen.

These hats look like a superior product that caught my eye straight away, I wouldn’t normally buy from a Facebook add but here I am, the back story is a nice read and love the idea of a beautifully hand crafted hat made in Ireland from a that company that has a 100 day fit guarantee. I’ve ordered 3 hats and took advantage of the extra 25% off.
I’m really looking forward to them arriving and wearing them.

Easy to order
It is a very easy site to page through, and the images are large enough to see clearly. My husband loves this style of hat, and I prefer to see these rather than baseball caps on him. (He wears a hat almost every time he leaves the house.) I saw this ad on FB and since Fathers Day is coming up, it is a perfect time to surprise him. I hope I have made the right choices!

I saw your ad on social media and when…
I saw your ad on social media and when I looked you up it only gave you high reviews. After looking at the products I felt these hats would be perfect for my husband, who is bald and only wears baseball hats. But at 64 I think it is time to jump to some more sophisticated caps. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that he loves them. Ordering was easy and the photos were of men my husband age so I knew that these caps wouldn't be to young for him. Easy to order and the price was perfect.

After all the issues with the hat and the mis information regarding being a uk company. The hat arrived from China its very poor quality, I have asked for return details but they are being very difficult.
THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE SCAM DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. THIS IS THE LATEST REPLY.
We have received your return request and would be happy to assist you. However, we must inform you that, in accordance with our return conditions on our ‘Returns Policy’ page, we do not offer free returns.
As a customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to our warehouse in China. We recommend sending the return parcel with tracking, as we cannot accept liability for lost returns. Return costs to China start from a minimum of €20.
Once the parcel finally reaches our warehouse in China after 14–21 working days, it will be checked for any damage and its general condition. If everything is in order, we will refund 100% of the purchase price to your account within 5 working days of receipt.
However, we would like to offer you a suitable solution. We are therefore making you the following offer: a refund of 15% of the total amount, and you may keep the product you received.
If you would still like to return the item to our warehouse in China, please send us an email to receive the return instructions, address and return label.

Good, but not the brilliant.
Don't get me wrong, but the delivery time is not the best.
Cap is good, but not as good quality as on the advert, fits well, and definitely better than a baseball cap, surprisingly, there are quite a lot of different advert for very, very similar hats, just saying.
