Try before you buy with Harper for Me+Em is amazing, I am a regular customer of Me+Em but would not normally go outside my comfort zone when shopping online as do not want too much money out of my account at once. As I live in out of London it is wonderful to get a few sizes or lengths to make sure I am getting my purchase right or just buy something I might not have thought suited. Fantastic service!

First time using the Harper concierge service offered by Universal Works. I needed to see sizing on a garment I wanted to buy so chose two sizes. Had to wait a few days until my delivery. It went smoothly, I was able to add some additional information regarding my location.
My concierge arrived early within the 40 min window and because I only had two items to try on, the process was quicker. The advice offered was useful for me to make the right choice. Payment made via card reader and took away my packaging. A happy purchase and 1st class service.

What a great idea this is. I get so frustrated when I have to send things back and wait weeks with some companies for a refund. At least you only pay for what you keep!

Used the Harper try before your buy service - what a great idea- did return 2 items and very straightforward - trying things on in my own time, space and home was brilliant - 100% would use again - and the clothes are just beautiful, stylish, well made and always remarked upon!

I live quite rurally and usually have to pay up front for clothing, if the items aren’t suitable I then have to wait for a refund to be processed. With Harper I only pay delivery up front, it is so convenient.
A great service especially if you don’t live close to big cities.

Great idea. You can buy more than one size to try at home without paying for both upfront. The only criticism I have is that slightly longer than five days to decide would be preferable.

I ordered two items of clothing from French Connection in two different sizes. I sent three of those items back. One fitted perfectly and the others did not suit me.
I returned the three items two days later and received two emails shortly after. One letting me know the items were in their way back and the second to let me know that the money had been taken from my account as my goods had been received.
What a brilliant service. The five day window is enough time to try on and decide which items to keep, but means that returning the parcels don’t stay on my to do list too long.

Such a great service! Quick delivery and a text with a link was sent which made returning items super easy.

The clothing came quickly and although they didn’t work for me this time, I wouldn’t hesitate to try again. I am 5ft 1 and size 6. The clothing fitted me like a glove apart from the length of the long gowns. They were beautifully made and I’m so disappointed the one I loved could not be shortened.

This company is standing out for its excellent quality, great service. I am definitely going to use again their service “ try before you buy” , but it is dangerous for me as I loved everything I tried on 😇

What a great way to shop at Mint Velvet with the try before you buy. Really helps when you are trying to find the RIGHT dress so as a woman you will alway order more than one style to try. Doesn’t break the bank at the same time.
