I cannot recommend Dr Riaz Agha highly enough.

From my very first consultation through to post surgery care, he has been nothing but professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. I had a mummy makeover, including a 360 tummy tuck with muscle repair, 360 liposuction, and breast augmentation and I always felt I was in the safest hands.

What really stood out to me is how thorough he is. He goes above and beyond to make sure you have all the information you need before making any decisions. I asked a million questions (it’s just my nature!), and he always took the time to answer every single one with patience and clarity.

He truly listens to his patients, but also gives honest, expert advice on what will actually work best for your body. He manages expectations well and is very realistic, which made me feel completely confident in the process. At no point did I feel rushed he really ensures you are mentally and physically ready before proceeding with surgery.

Even after the procedure, his care has been exceptional. He responds to any post-op questions, which gave me so much reassurance during recovery.

At just 4 weeks post-op, my results are already incredible, thin scars, beautiful proportions, and a result that has completely transformed my confidence. He has genuinely changed my life.

Not only is he an incredibly skilled surgeon, but he is also a very kind and caring person.

If you’re considering surgery, don’t doubt it, you will be in safe hands with him.

I cannot praise Mr Riaz Agha enough we have seen three other consultants on my partners breast lift and augmentation and he was very thorough and explained everything making you feel at ease, he is a very experienced surgeon and very much looking forward to the results of our forthcoming procedures this clinic is a must if your thinking of having plastic surgery done

So far a relaxed experience, put at ease

I went to see Dr Riaz for a revision consultation and honestly, the difference compared to my original consultant was significant. From the outset, he made me feel completely at ease—he listened carefully and took my concerns seriously, which immediately built a sense of trust.

He went through all of my options in a clear and considered way, ensuring I fully understood each one without feeling overwhelmed. What I appreciated most was that my concerns were acknowledged with genuine understanding and not minimised in any way. I had half expected a more guarded approach given the circumstances, but instead, he was open, objective, and entirely focused on what was best for me.

He didn’t rush the appointment at all—in fact, he spent far longer with me than I anticipated, which made a real difference. I left feeling reassured, confident, and certain that I was in the right hands.

The staff were very attentive and seemed like they genuinely cared. Esra was also amazing. She carefully noted all my concerns and reassured me that they will be relayed to Transform.

After an horrendous experience with a different surgeon last year, Riaz put me at ease immediately. The experience today (the day of the op) has been so very different and I cannot speak highly enough of him (and his team). It’s still early days as I only had the revision today, but so far I couldn’t be more pleased.

Dr Riaz Agha was very attentive and extremely thorough in giving me all the information prior to surgery. I live many hours from London and Dr Agha made sure my procedure was early in the day so I could travel home in good time.
