Llevo ya unos meses con la app y contenta. Buscaba un "todo en uno" que me quitara de tener mil herramientas. Al principio me costó adaptarme a hacerlo todo aquí, pero tienen buen soporte, muy amables. Recomiendo.

Tuve varias dudas sobre el uso de la plataforma y el equipo de soporte me ayudó rápido y con mucha empatía. No dudaron en agendar una llamada para explicarme cómo hacerlo paso a paso y que así pudiese avanzar con mi negocio.

Ich war mit Harbiz leider überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Anfangs war der Kontakt fast zu aufdringlich – ständige Calls, bis der Vertrag abgeschlossen und das Geld überwiesen war. Doch sobald es um Support und Problemlösungen ging, änderte sich alles: Auf Fragen oder Probleme erhielt ich entweder gar keine Antwort oder erst nach ein bis zwei Wochen. Selbst dann wurden die Anliegen nicht gelöst, obwohl ich mehrfach nachgehakt habe.

Es gab keinen festen Ansprechpartner mehr, WhatsApp-Nachrichten blieben unbeantwortet, Anrufe wurden nicht entgegengenommen. Insgesamt fühlte ich mich mit meinen Problemen komplett allein gelassen.

Ich möchte andere Coaches mit dieser Rezension einfach vorwarnen und hoffe, dass der Kundenservice von Harbiz in Zukunft besser wird.

Una auténtica poca vergüenza, tengo + de 40 clientes. Me cobra casi 200 euros mensual y solo me da fallos. Después de horas haciendo una planificación de entrenamiento y nutrición me aparece en blanco y tengo que comenzar de nuevo todo, después de llevar 2 horas con ese trabajo. No lo aconsejo a nadie. No paran de hacer actualizaciones sin ni tan siquiera mejorar la versión anterior… en vez de solucionar los problemas que ya arrastran desde hace tiempo. REPITO, UNA EXPERIENCIA FRUSTANTE CON ESTA PLATAFORMA DE 💩

Una decepción total y una experiencia NEFASTA. Si eres entrenador personal y estás pensando en contratar esta plataforma para la gestión de tus clientes on line te recomiendo que no lo hagas, puedes contactar conmigo y te diré explicitamente todas las deficiencias del servicio , son bastante incompetentes y he perdido bastante dinero. Llevo dos años con ellos y puedo describir todos los problemas que me dieron desde el principio. Estoy buscando otra opción , lo que es seguro es que dejare de trabajar con ellos cuanto antes.

Harbiz app is absolutely amazing, from the training given to navigate you round it properly to the ease of understanding on how to navigate around it too.
This app offers a great method to expand your client base, not only as an online platform but also with online products and other selling opportunities too.
From a client perspective it is exceptionally easy to use I have clients up to the age of 79 using this app and not having any issues with it.
Notifications are prompt but also welcoming encouraging workouts and healthier lifestyles all round.
As a master nutritionist I was dubious about how the app could potential support my work alongside pt but it works perfectly. Allowing meals to be customised and added onto your own specific list of favourite foods clients can easily choose the right options for themselves.
The community chat, and individual chat is a great tool as you are able to program in what ever suits you for example limiting amounts of messages clients can send, sensoring out specific words and options allowing your clients a safe and friendly place to express themselves.
Would I recommend this app yes I definelty would as the company offer such great support throughout the process and whilst your an ongoing client with them. Plus an added bonus if you recommend someone to buy the app you both get rewards on completion so a win win both ways.

Adquirí un plan mensual para probar la plataforma antes de considerar un compromiso anual. Sin embargo, lamentablemente tuve varios problemas técnicos que me impidieron usarla correctamente:

La plataforma se bloqueaba constantemente.
No logré configurar ni modificar los horarios de las citas con los clientes.
Intenté realizar pruebas con un cliente, pero fue imposible marcar la cita.
Después de dejar de usar el servicio, intenté dar de baja el plan, pero no lo conseguí.
A pesar de que la plataforma se ve prometedora y bien diseñada, considero que aún necesita varios ajustes técnicos para ser más rápida, eficiente y fácil de usar, evitando que el usuario tenga que depender continuamente del soporte. Todavia esperando la baja .

Harbiz is a great app where I am able to add my own exercises and create my own workouts for my clients.
The app is very user friendly and Peter Awcock was very helpful to set up my account and provide assistance whenever I needed.

La peor experiencia fitness de todas. Contraté vuestra App y la base de datos de ejercicios para el entrenamiento es muy pobre. Llevo enviando correos, videollamadas y llamadas para darme de baja o que al menos pueda gestionarlo y en dos meses no me hacen ni caso.
Vuestra atención es pésima y he pedido la baja de todas las formas posibles, entonces ahí no me contestáis y os seguís cobrando los recibos mensualmente. Eso tiene un nombre…
