I ordered a suit and unfortunately, the wedding that I was going to attend was canceled. I emailed asking about a refund and they refunded it within a day. Very professional people if I need a suit in the future, I will definitely buy from here.

Excellent garment and delivery

The suit is absolutely gorgeous and the return with exchange was so simple. Even from the US to UK, the company made it affordable and quick! Definitely size up a little, my husband had to go up 2 sizes for the jacket to fit.

The color is wildly different from the website. On screen, it registers as a greyish-purple. In reality, the tone is much warmer and darker, being closer to a burnt burgundy. I'm annoyed with the deception, but not entirely mad at the color. It does clash with the cooler tones of my closet, though.

That said, the fit is perfect; i got lucky with that. It does look fetching.

I had problems with getting right sizing and had to return suits twice but very prompt responses and refunds. Will reorder shortly.

I orignally bought a suit with my usual measurement for trousers only for them to not fit. They were SO FAST at replacing them! I think it took just 3 days to get the right pair back. I will say order a size bigger than you would normally buy for the trousers

I ordered a suit using my traditional measurements with the intention of taking it to a tailor for final fitting. The first suit arrived promptly, but to my surprise it ran very small. Customer service immediately sent me a return label, and the replacement suit arrived incredibly fast. I went up four inches in both the pants and jacket, and now all I need tailored are the pant hem and sleeve length. The whole exchange was smooth and efficient, and I appreciate how quickly everything was handled—my fitting is tonight.

I purchased a suit for a wedding. The quality is great. It was a great price and arrived promptly. There was one issue with my order, but customer service responded quickly and addressed my concern immediately.

I was worried about ordering this jacket online. I live on the coast of NC and it doesn't get cold enough here for stores to stock them. I was looking for a very specific type of jacket. It must be 3/4 length, zip out lining, zippered outer portion and I wanted a tailored lining. This jacket met every need and want I was looking for. My girlfriend said it looked fantastic on me and made her "excited". The jacket feels great and the sleeves are great at not bunching up the sleeves of your shirt putting it on. The "fur" around the collar feels great against your skin. The leather is soft and wears like you've had it for years and it molded itself to your shape. Stretching your arms out is very comfortable and doesn't pull back so much it exposes a lot of skin to the elements. Great pocket locations. I am still amazed at how this jacket is so perfect for me. And the sizing is spot on. The only thing making it a 95/100 is I wish the inner lining had the same fur as other places making it a little warmer for occasional trips to northern Canada.
From the quality I see in the jacket, I expect it will last me for a long time. Maybe one day I'll get used to the zipper being backwards from what I'm used to. It has so far been a challenge. I'm 61 and very used to the American style zipper.

Thank you very much for being one of the few companies in the world to offer this. And at a great price too.

P. S. A zip on hat would have been a nice option, just because a matching hat for such a great jacket would keep attention on the jacket. But not a huge deal.

I am a XXL and I got a 4XL and it's still to small. Hopefully a 5XL will fit.
It seems clothes run very small.

I recently purchased a suit and was very impressed with the quality and fit. Although I initially ordered the wrong size, the return and exchange process was seamless, and the customer service team was extremely helpful. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and definitely deserving of 5 stars🌟

Texture is different than expected and the cut of the jacket was not what I expected. But the shipping was quick and aside from the shoulders of the jacket the suit is great
