Bought a charcoal grey herringbone tweed 3 piece suit and was sent a 40 inch waist instead of a 36 inch was … not happy at all …

Very helpful in getting size right with me. I was having difficulties getting a good fit I had to return suit twice because was small. Very easy return process they where quick and prompt on sending out the size exchange fast.

Ordered a suit for my son’s wedding, the quality is far more than I could have hoped for, and an incredible value for money. The suit it extremely well tailored and fits perfectly. When I ordered I needed a larger jacket and they shipped a larger one out straight away, amazing company and I will certainly be ordering again

Originally I ordered a Mens Large Sheepskin leather Bomber Jacket. It arrived but was too large for me even though I matched my body style to their size grid. They were very accommodating in exchanging the jacket for a Medium with no questions asked. The new jaket arrived and fits much better. I would say in my situation the size chart runs a bit large. Im 6' tall, 170 lbs, 40” chest, 33" waist, 16.5" neck with 19" shoulders. The size chart reflected a Lrg but Med is what fits my frame best. The entire exchange went seemlessly with no additional cost. The only thing I'll need to get use to is a Euorpean jacket zipper is a left hand pull vs what Im use to being in the US as a right hand pull. The jacket leather is soft and plyable with a thick sherling lining. This will be my go to jacket from late fall to early spring. It’s warm, and well made; should last many years. I strongly recommend purchasing from Happy Gentleman. I was hesitant at first purchasing an expensive jacket on line but I was pleasantly surprised. Good quality for the price, great selection, incredible customer service, and overall great experience.

Fast shipping, and suitwas just as described

I was looking for a very specific type of suit and thought I had found it. Pictures looked good, price was high, but it’s for a special occasion - why not. The order arrived in a thin plastic bag, not a box, not a container, a thin gray bag that was ripped open by the time it arrived. Somehow the suit was undamaged. I open the already opened bag and immediately realize that this is not my suit. It’s the same color I ordered, but there’s a hideous lining on the inside of all three pieces that had what looked like seltzer bottles all over it. I never ordered that. The listing never showed that as the liner. The pants were also 4 sizes too small and the waist coat was 2 sizes too small. I immediately emailed to try and get a replacement, no response after two days. I emailed again. It’s over a week later and I haven’t received a response. I processed a return and shipped it back about an hour prior to writing this review. I spent $600 for a cheap, ugly suit that wasn’t even mine and could’ve easily been damaged in shipping. I found a much better deal on a similar suit for about half the price and a much more reputable site. Never purchasing from this company again.

I received a reply from Happy Gentleman to this review. What they said is incorrect. The suit was not the “correct”. As I mentioned, the sizes were completely off. And if that liner is the standard, that should absolutely be made VERY clear and there SHOULD be photos of that on the product page. Is it possible they didn’t receive my emails due to a technical issue? Sure, I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, but the order was not correct. It says I received what I ordered, but I did not, and I think that will be very clear when they get the return. I will update again if they process my refund.

I paid extra for size 34 pants and still got size 36 pants. My wedding is in a week didn’t have time to return so I paid $90 to get the pants tailored to have them ready in time

The company has been fantastic , I originally ordered a floral large suit, but it just too tight. Ordered a second suit in xl, the quality is amazing and after a simple return process, was refunded fully.

Will defiantly be purchasing again.

Never received the suit or a tracking number. I canceled the next day after purchase but they told me it was sent out already, That was 2 weeks ago.

The boots that I had ordered arrived really fast, Lovely boots. The fit is very good, I wear a us size 9 so I ordered a uk size of 8 a very good fit.

Received my suit but it was a little snug. Used the website to request an exchange and this was straightforward. From return to new suit only took 3 days. Brilliant service 👏

Great suit, love it...very fast delivery..

I'm a 6'2", 220lb American. I bought a suit with my correct measurements. The coat and vest fit well but I can't get the pants on at all. They are so tight they won't pull over my calves. Its like pants made for a stick figure.
