Enjoy the Life with every breath

I joined Happiness Gurukul in Feb 26, In March I got my annual health check up report, Doctor and me both surprised that my Fatty Liver in grade 1 for last 5 years became normal and My cholesterol also improved a lot. My sleep quality has also improved a lot. The root cause was anxiety and stress.

In just one month I realised drastic positive change in my health. I am practicing most of the techniques taught by them and feeling calmer than earlier.

I am very Grateful for Amol and Shruti for their support and guidance. They are doing very great work for society.

sleep like a baby

i can give 10 rating . first day the very first day only i can able to sleep after attending your work shop mam. since 4 months i have been suffering .. i have taken pills tooo..even though they did not work on me . but the tips the way process you have taught is excellent mam. our brain has to know what is day n what is night . due to this busy life we are under blue lights whole day. every morning atleast give 20 mins time to see sun rise . and moon walk in the night .. along with these breathing excercises and yoga also helping me . slowly im coming out .. still on daily basis inhave to practice your tips without fail

Sleepify Program Experience

Iam Dr.M.Sravanthi Srinivas MBBS,MD(Biochemistry).My husband is a Neurosurgeon .We run a Super Speciality Hospital in our home town.
I have completed my MD (Biochemistry) course but l couldn’t clear my MD exam due to which l went into severe depression;and l have anxiety issues and l have been suffering from severe sleeplesness at night from past 10 years for which lam using amsulpride and clonazepam medication daily.
I came to know about Sleepify program through Facebook and l registered for the trail session and l consulted Amol sir through 1:1 meeting and l told that my present challenge is to get a good sleep and get rid of my antidepressant medication .By the first trail session itself my sleep got better and l enrolled in the sleepify program for 1 month.
Iam very happy to share my experience that by following the techniques taught in the Sleepify program by Amol sir and Shruthi mam l got very good transformation from day 1 itself.
My sleep improved and now l stopped my sleep medicine and lam able to sleep without taking any medicine.Iam very much indebted to Amol sir and Shruthi mam for bringing forward such a nice program which include most powerful techniques.
Iam very much happy to share that my 10 years problem of sleeplessness was solved in 1-2 days by following the most powerful techniques taught in Sleepify program.
Before joining the Sleepify program l used to always escape from work ;be irresponsible;l couldn’t be able to take care of my kids due to restlessness.

It was a great presentation by Shruti…

It was a great presentation by Shruti with utmost sincerity for more than 3 hours.Now,firstly,it's for me to follow whatever was instructed.I can comment about the result only after putting into practice the tools taught in the session.As said by her, all cases are different,so may be, I will be able to give further review after few days.

INDEPTH EXPLANATION

Hi ,

This is Mr. Deep , I am not yet a student of this program ,but, best part is Mr. Amol made be understand science behind all stressors and sleep issues which my doctor also did not explained.

He explained few basics so well it gave a more confidence in understanding my core issue

Also, I am happy he did not pushed me or rushed me for any sort of spot admission for the courses.

I am not at student as of now but surely I am considering them.

I feel very happy and thrilled to share my experience with Happiness Gurukul, this is the place who are Suffering from Insomnia, over thinking, Stress, anxiety and some thing related to these. I tried many things to come out these problems.But nothing helped, finally I joined Happiness ultra breathwork program and got solution. I am so lucky that I finally met Amol & Shruti. They are world class coaches. I did Sleep like a Baby, amazing 1 day workshop. I experienced neurosomatic breathwork which made me instantly release stress, anxiety on the spot. I felt very clam and happy. I slept 7 hours non stop the same night and got deep sleep after ages. My big gratitude to Happiness Gurukul. Any one struggling with Sleep & Stress, should go without doubt and join Sleep Like a Baby.❤️

⭐ Honest Review: Sleep Like a Baby Workshop by Shruti Maheshwari

I had a very disappointing experience with this workshop.
It feels like the entire session is mainly focused on selling their expensive master programs, not on genuinely helping participants. The marketing is extremely aggressive, and the workshop seems more like a funnel to push people into buying the next program.

I joined with a lot of excitement, expecting real solutions.
But except for some basic theoretical science and general suggestions that are easily available for free on the internet, there was nothing practical or valuable.

What upset me the most is the fake marketing narrative.
They promote “Sleep better for just ₹99,” but after paying for the workshop and even paying ₹199 more, I did not receive the recording, music, or PDF that they initially promised.
Later, they simply denied it and started pushing me to join their “new program” instead.

Overall, it felt like a scam-like experience.
More of a money-making strategy than a genuine sleep-help workshop.
Very money-minded, not customer-centric at all.

Totally disappointed. Would not recommend.

Infact The Session/workshop is recorded old one they just repeated it

You are in the right hands..!!

Hi friends,it's almost 2.5 months since I joined Happiness Gurukul for my sleep and fibromyalgia issues. I was under pills for my sleep, anxiety and fibromyalgia pain issues.For first 1.5 months of my joining I didn't find any change but I kept doing all the practises guided by Amol and Shruthi. After 45 days I started seeing changes and reduced my medication to 50 %. It's 2 months now and I am almost 90% out of my sleep meds and sleeping for 5-6 hrs. The mantras that helped me where "slow down your breath", "don't chase sleep" and "move from default to design".Amol's unstoppable breathwork and Shruthi's EFT, deep equal breathing are my favorites!! I feel happy that this this program really works for me..not just sleep , but now I have started focussing on my other life goals.. Next I am looking to focus on how I can overcome my fibromyalgia pain. I am very much confident I can achieve it with the help of Amol and Shruthi. I highly recommend this program for all insomniacs.. do everything they instruct us with trust and belief ,choose what works for you and keep repeating it !! Happy sleeping and happy living to all..!! Happy Diwali to everyone..!!

Honest review

I can vouch for this 100%. Anybody dealing with sleep issues or any kind of stress, they must definitely try this. Follow the guidelines provided by Amol and Shruti. Be consistent and there! You have got your happiness, calm, sleep and peace back .. never to ruin it again.. because with yoga sutras and breath work you will realise how simple it actually is to be happy and calm. You will laugh at all the stress you had taken and all the sleepless nights because now you will know the science behind it.

I have received 100% results and it's totally worth it !!

Just now had a meaningful one to one…

Just now had a meaningful one to one Discussion with Mr Amol and he has explained and I understood the science behind the sleep cycle and circadian rhythm, hope I will be able to solve my sleep issues by following the steps suggested by Shruti ma'am, overall it's a good experience and learning, thanks a lot.

Sleep improved

This is sridevi,I joined a month back in happiness gurukul,feom then Within 2 weeks my sleep has been improved a lot . Breathwork helped me a lot to get a good sleep daily. Now I have improved my quality of sleep.waiting to see more results a newer version of me with this program.

Transformational Experience With Happiness Gurukul

Almost three months ago, tired of the vicious cycle of sleepless nights and inadequate sleep—which led to an upset daytime routine and daily anxiety—I chanced upon an invite to a webinar on 'Sleep Like a Baby.' This turned out to be 'God-sent' and a total eye-opener.
​It was a two-hour discourse on the 'What, Why, and How' of matters related to sleep. We learned about inner body clocks, nervous systems, and brain pathways. The importance of the sun and moon was also emphasized. The 'dos and don'ts' that followed summed up the routine to be adhered to over the next couple of months. The theory, which was covered by Shruti-ji and amplified by Amol-ji, left little doubt about its efficacy.
​The routine—consisting of breathwork, EFT, equal breathing, crushing and flipping negative thoughts, and night-time meditation—commenced immediately. It did appear overwhelming, but Amol-ji's constant guidance broke it down into very doable parts.
​Despite following the routine sincerely, the initial progress seemed slow. However, around the second week, I was pleasantly surprised and much relieved to have logged two nights of 7+ hours of sleep. This was unthinkable just weeks ago. After that, there was no looking back. My sleep became consistent, which had an all-around positive effect on my daytime routine. What’s more, my wife even complimented me on my much calmer demeanor. This entire experience has been like reclaiming control over a very important facet of my life.
​This is my tribute to Amol-ji and Shruti-ji for their passion and unshakable faith in their craft, which has helped me and so many others. I am grateful to both of you. Here’s wishing 'More Power and Success' to you!"
