Hansfords is, in my opinion, a 'Proper Gentlemens' Outfitters'. Long may it continue. Always a pleasure to shop there - if only I could shop there more often. Super quality, wonderful staff.

I have bought myself a wonderful Aaron woollen jumper, British made which is of excellent quality. It's a bit like Waterstones, you cannot leave without buying a book or two.😊

I came into Hansfords looking for a jacket/ cardigan for my partner- I’ve previously bought two that he really liked from you and as he wears them all the time wanted a smart replacement!
As I was looking one of the gentleman there asked if he could help me- having explained what I was looking for he took me to the appropriate place where to my delight and relief was the exact jacket I was looking for. He couldn’t have been more helpful it was a pleasant shopping experience.

Hi Alexander - thank you for your feedback, we’re sorry to hear you’re not fully satisfied with your order. We’ve checked your purchase and can confirm that two different brands were sent, as per your order. As the items come from different designers, there can occasionally be slight variations in fit and label design between manufacturers.
That said, if an incorrect size was sent in error, we’ll of course be happy to rectify this for you. Our team will reach out to you directly to look into this further and make sure everything is resolved to your satisfaction.
Kind regards,
Jade
