What a massive let down
What a massive let down. Bought a lovely sports jacket and lambs wool jumper, the staff recommended a pair of trousers to go with the outfit. Unfortunately they didn’t have my size so ordered a pair in. The pair that turned up were not a good fit. Waist 34. That’s all I ever wear but they were just far too tight. Tried a 36 but massively too big.
Having already spent £449 on the jacket and jumper it was disappointing not to be able to get the trousers. £140 for the trousers.
The assistant said they could be altered. Ok - but then said would cost me. I asked the cost to be absorbed as I would have spent a total of £589. They said absolutely not.
I would not have bought any of the clothes without the availability of the trousers. We are talking of £18 to keep a customer. I can’t justify paying £140 for a pair of mis sized trousers then paying more for an alteration.
Never used the shop before. Attitude of staff changed when they thought an extra sale was lost. They even tried to sell me a pair of trousers that was a total clash of colour to get a sale.
Left a very bitter taste and for that reason cannot recommend the shop.
So short sighted of them. Their loss.

Good Quality Merchandise
Site easy to use. Quality products at reasonable prices on offer. Selection and ordering was easy. Updated during delivery process and a well packaged delivery 👌. All very good.
