Hansfords is, in my opinion, a 'Proper Gentlemens' Outfitters'. Long may it continue. Always a pleasure to shop there - if only I could shop there more often. Super quality, wonderful staff.

Tops for quality and value
Great quality trousers delivered promptly, a great shop for quality brands and service. I live 150 miles away but have visited it when in the area. This was my first use of its mail order service.

A good buy.
I walked in to the shop and was greeted very quickly. The gentleman guided me to the short sleeve shirts that I needed to browse. Then pointed out just the right colour and style. Easy!

The staff member was most helpful and plainly had good knowledge of the stock available. The trousers are comfortable and smart looking.
Although we were short of time, we did not feel rushes into decisions.

Great service
Great service. The staff are very attentive without being intrusive. The jacket I required was not available in my size. Mike made enquiries for me and phoned me to say he had obtained one for me to collect at my convenience. The range of stock is innovative and original. Highly recommended!

Online shopping experience
The whole online shopping experience went to plan.
Delivery went as detailed and very pleased with my purchase.
Nice little handwritten personal touch on the order details completed the order and reminded us we weren’t dealing with an online conglomerate.
Would certainly use again.
