Good products, lousy for stock replacement
Although the items were good, what let it down was the fact they dispatched items and then informed me they were out of stock on one occasions they offered a replacement, I accepted the replacement and a day later was informed again that the item had also been discontinued. So in the end a refund was given.

Kanabo Vape Pod
Ordered the Kanabo vape pod together with the Repair CBD cartridge. Excellent service from Handpicked, quick delivery good communication etc but not too sure about the actual product. Have persevered for a couple of weeks but can honestly say I haven’t felt any benefit whatsoever. Also not being a smoker I’m not sure the inhalation method is best for me. Taste not very pleasant and can make me cough.
The jury’s out at present.

Buying from Handpicked CPD is more affordable for the brand we use than going to another supplier. Given that this is needed for medical reasons and not prescribed the cost is critical. At the moment this is cheaper for the same quality product provided........ it stays that way !

The issue was with Royal mail losing track of your package, your item was sent the same day you placed the order and unfortunately it is out of our hands as soon as it is passed over to Royal mail. I placed an order 7/13/21 which showed…
I placed an order 7/13/21 which showed a total of $173.98 before shipping. Shipping showed to be $19.99. Now my visa account shows I’ve been charged TWO TIMES This amount .....$269.85 !!!! Please credit my visa account back the second amount that apparently was charged by mistake!
The last time I ordered from you, I had similar problems also.

Excellent Service and prodcuts
Placed my first order and got a variety of CBD based products to try. Gummies are great, hand sanitiser is an unusual scent but lovely and the oil is fantastic. It worked how I remember CBD to work years ago when I lived somewhere where I could walk into a shop and just buy it. It really does what it is supposed to do.
My only disappointment was the vape cartridge that I ordered - was showing zero ohm, so either it was a broken one or the connection was bad. Handpicked responded immediately to sort the problem out and will be sending a replacement product. However, I will not choose the vape cartridge again.
Overall, I highly recommend this company and have sent the link to many of my friends. I will be ordering again.
