I purchased on two separate occasions, a two pack of the lash serum. I have been through one whole tube and working on the second tube with two remaining, and I am not seeing a difference in the length or fullness of my eyelashes.

Love the foundation stick! I have several of these. One in both my bathrooms and one in my purse! I’ve also given them as gifts. Great product!

So far so good. Im using it regularly and am seeing a small difference to this point. Enough that im going to keep using it.

This is absolutely the best foundation I have ever used! I am 55 so have used probably more than 50 different ones. It feels like skin care! Doesn’t go into fine lines, looks so natural! But covers amazingly well! I will never use another foundation! Also their customer service is top notch!

I love the dual ended foundation stick. It’s easy to put on & very quick. It saves me a lot of time applying then regular makeup.

I ordered the eye serum and have been using it for 1 week and it’s been great. No discomfort and will continue to monitor progress.

Best customer service. I ordered multiple sticks of the makeup and none of them matched my skin. Customer service was very apologetic and said they would make it right.

It’s been over a month and still no product. I tried canceling and they said it’s been shipped. check tracking and it doesn’t have as leaving yet. So why can’t I cancel it then. Will not order again.

Well, first of all, if you click 1 star on the email, it wouldn’t even let you leave a review, how funny is that?🙄 I’m on week 3 and notice zero difference, claims to be Korean but it is shipped and manufactured from China. It has the cheapest packaging ever, the letter on the tube rubs off. Shipping takes forever, and the product is so watery that it gets in your eyes constantly (I’ve used many lash serum and even though they are watery, they usually adhere to your lashes pretty well) and it stings! This product made me realize I really cannot be sucked into Instagram Ads ever again!

So disappointed. The shade was WRONG and the "shade match guarantee" appears to be a SCAM because they are not responding to any emails. I'll know to read reviews first next time!

The coverage on my face was good. I like the feel and how well the coverage lasted.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I had read these reviews prior to purchasing. I ordered a month ago and it still has not arrived. Their shipping policy states shipping in the United States takes four to seven business days, it has been about a month now and I still have not received my order. I am filing dispute with my credit card company!

I believe this company is a scam.
I ordered 2x foundations $103.10 with discount. 2nd May.
Products never arrived. I requested refund but the customer service said they will re-send the product. But 1.5months later from my complain they haven’t done anything. They didn’t follow up re-sending products or refund. So I lost $103.10. Be careful with this company. It must be scam.

Scam company. The email listed on their website for returns is invalid. You have no way of contacting them. They ship from China and the product is from China. Not Korea. They are frauds. Lawsuit will be filed.

The worst company to deal with, the 1st order I received was the incorrect product not even labelled hanae, they then proceeded to send another which has since gone missing , the tracking service is so bad they have said numerous times attempted Del and also truck broke down , but completely missing parcel, everyone has washed their hands of the situation passing the buck in, they have since apparently sent out another, provided me with tracking but the tracking number belongs to the 2nd parcel that has gone missing , 3 emails later and still no response, do not buy from this company , they will send you a substandard product which is not what they are selling online . Really bad to deal with , I’ve asked for a refund let’s see what transpires from here
